Traditionelles Steinhaus auf einem umzäunten Gartengrundstück, direkt an der verkehrsarmen Uferpromenade von Preko. Das Ferienhaus wurde 2016 komplett renoviert und bietet genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten für bis zu vier Personen. Die Zimmer verteilen sich auf zwei Etagen, welche jeweils über einen eigenen Eingang verfügen und zusätzlich über eine Innentreppe miteinander verbunden sind. Neben zwei überdachten Terrassen gibt es zudem einen kleinen Innenhof sowie einen 200 Quadratmeter großen Garten mit Grillmöglichkeit. Preko liegt direkt an der Westküste der Insel Ugljan und beherbergt auch den einzigen Fährhafen der Insel. So kann man bei einem Getränk auch immer das lebendige Treiben am Hafen beobachten. Vorgelagert sieht man die beiden kleinen Inseln Osljak und Galovac. Nahe des kleinen Städtchens Preko befindet sich der Berg des Heiligen Michael, der Ihnen eine herrliche Aussicht über das gesamte Zadararchipel und bei guten Wetter bis hin zum Kornati-Nationalpark gewährt. Direkt in Preko finden Sie auch einen der seltenen Sandstrände Kroatiens.
