The large house offers excellent comfort with a beautiful living room with fireplace and direct access to the terrace and garden facing south, 2 kitchens, 2 large bedrooms with TV, a mezzanine offering several beds and 2 bathrooms. The outbuilding consists of a room "return from fishing" on the ground floor (cleaning table for shellfish etc.) and a toilet. On the first floor, there is a complete studio for 2 people, with a small living room, a sofa bed, a kitchenette and a shower room. A table football will delight children and teenagers. A private petanque court adjoins the house.

Das große Haus bietet einen ausgezeichneten Komfort mit einem gemütlichen Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und direktem Zugang zur Terrasse und zum Garten in Südlage, 2 Küchen, 2 großen Schlafzimmern mit TV, einem Zwischengeschoss mit mehreren Schlafplätzen und 2 Badezimmern. Das Nebengebäude besteht aus einem Raum "Rückkehr vom Fischfang" im Erdgeschoss (Reinigungstisch für Muscheln etc.) und einem WC. Im Obergeschoss steht Ihnen ein komplettes Studio für 2 Personen mit einem kleinen Wohnbereich, einem Schlafsofa, einer Küchenzeile und einem Badezimmer zur Verfügung. Ein Babyfoot (Kicker) wird Kinder und Jugendliche begeistern, ebenso wie der private Bouleplatz der direkt an das Haus grenzt.

El edificio anexo consta de una sala de "retorno de pesca" en la planta baja (mesa de limpieza de mariscos, etc.) y un WC. Arriba, tienes un estudio completo para 2 personas, con una pequeña sala de estar, un sofá cama, una pequeña cocina y un baño. Un futbolín hará las delicias de niños y adolescentes.
