Angenehme Lage, in einer ruhigen Gegend, 600 m vom Meeresstrand entfernt. Nur wenige Schritte vom Zentrum des Resorts entfernt gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafés und Stände, an denen Souvenirs vom Meer verkauft werden. Ein großes, komfortables Ferienhaus mit Sauna auf einem umzäunten, gepflegten Grundstück. Neben dem Haus befindet sich ein privater Parkplatz für 3 Autos. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein Wohnzimmer mit TV und Kamin, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und eine Toilette. Außerdem gibt es einen Wintergarten (Veranda) – einen verglasten, beheizten Raum mit einem großen Tisch und Stühlen. Im ersten Stock befinden sich 3 separate Schlafzimmer und 3 Badezimmer (davon eines mit Badewanne). Im zweiten Stock gibt es ein weiteres Schlafzimmer. In jedem Schlafzimmer gibt es einen Fernseher.
