Restaurants are just around the corner and the supermarket is at 10 km. An evening enjoying the fireplace and reading a book from the living room is perfect with a double sofa bed to lounge. Comfortable bedrooms and a cot and high chair for kids are provided. To keep you entertained there is a table football and kids have play equipment. You can experience the green nature and enjoy the surrounding hilly landscape from the terrace and garden. 1 pet is allowed here free of charge. Die Aussicht vom Pool gleicht einem Gemälde, Sie werden diese Hügellandschaft richtig genießen! Hier ist es herrlich ruhig, denn wohin Sie auch blicken, überall sehen Sie Natur. Es ist dann auch kein Wunder, dass Sie in der Umgebung dieses Agrotourismus schöne Wanderungen unternehmen können. Der Parco del Monte Subasio liegt nur 2 km entfernt. Und auch auf kulturellem Gebiet gibt es hier genug zu erleben. Die Kulturstädte Assisi (10 km), Spello (23 km), Gubbio (39 km) und Perugia (33 km) sind leicht mit dem Auto zu erreichen und sicher einen Besuch wert. Es gibt insgesamt 6 Ferienwohnung, von denen wir 3 vermieten. Die Ferienwohnungen sind ordentlich eingerichtet und die typisch italienische Atmosphäre ist erhalten geblieben. Im großen Garten können Sie auf der überdachten Terrasse gemeinsam in Ruhe ein gutes Buch und ein Glas italienischen Wein genießen. Natürlich sorgt der höher gelegene, umzäunte Pool für die nötige Abkühlung. In dem Gebäude befindet sich ein gemütliches kleines Restaurant, dessen gastfreundliche Eigentümer (gegen Bezahlung) die herrlichsten Gerichte aus der Region für Sie zubereiten. Au total, il y a 6 appartements et nous en louons 3. Les appartements ont été aménagés avec soin, tout en conservant l'atmosphère italienne typique. Il Parco del Monte Subasio si trova a soli due chilometri. Inoltre, per quanto riguarda le attività culturali, sono presenti tantissime località turistiche da visitare e attività a cui partecipare. Le città storiche di Assisi (a 10 km), Spello (a 23 km), Gubbio (a 39 km) e Perugia ( a 33 km) sono facilmente raggiungibili in auto e meritano una visita. La struttura comprende sei appartamenti, di cui tre in affitto. Gli alloggi sono ben arredati e conservano la caratteristica atmosfera italiana. Sulla terrazza coperta comune nell'ampio giardino è possibile rilassarsi leggendo un buon libro e sorseggiando un bicchiere di vino italiano. In posizione soprelevata si trova una piscina recintata dove è possibile rinfrescarsi. In de ruime tuin kan je op het gezamenlijke terras genieten van een goed boek en een glas Italiaanse wijn. Het omheinde zwembad zorgt voor de nodige verkoeling. Het huis is ideaal voor gezinnen, koppels en natuurliefhebbers. In de omgeving kan je fraaie wandelingen maken. Het Parco del Monte Subasio bevindt zich al op 2 km. Ook op cultuurgebied valt hier genoeg te beleven. De steden Assisi (10 km), Spello (23 km), Gubbio (39 km) en Perugia (33 km) zijn gemakkelijk met de auto te bereiken en zeker een bezoek waard. In het gebouw bevindt zich een restaurantje, waar de gastvrije eigenaren (tegen betaling) de heerlijkste gerechten uit de regio voor je bereiden.
