Directly behind the dike, near the North Sea lagoon and the play barn, just 200 m from the beach and green beach is the Robbenplate holiday village. You live in a comfortable, cozy and family-friendly semi-detached house, which was completed in the summer of 2013, with your own parking space right in front of the front door and a screened, south-facing terrace: 2 sun loungers and 6 chairs with cushions, table, parasol and barbecue. The communal sauna is right next door. The house is suitable for allergy sufferers and is furnished in a modern style. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with an oven with ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment (all electrical appliances from Neff). Coffee machine, Senseo, toaster, kettle, waffle iron and many other necessary utensils that leave nothing to be desired are available. Plates, cups, glasses, pots, pans, etc. are of high quality and available in sufficient quantities. Sie wohnen in einer komfortablen, behaglichen und familiengerecht ausgestatteten und im Sommer 2013 fertig gestellten Doppelhaushälfte mit einem eigenen direkt vor der Haustür liegenden Parkplatz und abgeschirmten nach Süden ausgerichteten Terrasse: 2 Sonnenliegen und 6 Stühlen mit Auflagen, Tisch, Sonnenschirm und Grill. Die Gemeinschaftssauna befindet sich direkt nebenan. Das Haus ist Allergiker geeignet und in modernem Stil eingerichtet. Im Erdgeschoss finden Sie eine vollständig ausgestattete Küche mit einem Backofen mit Ceranfeld, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach (alle E-Geräte von Firma Neff). Kaffeemaschine, Senseo, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Waffeleisen und viele weitere notwendige Utensilien, die keine Wünsche offen lassen, stehen bereit. Teller, Tassen, Gläser, Töpfe, Pfannen, etc. sind von hochwertiger Qualität und in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Zu dem Essbereich gehört ein ausziehbarer und massiver Esstisch, an dem bis zu 12 Personen Platz finden können. Passend laden 8 passende hochwertige Hochlehner bereit zum Platznehmen ein. Im Wohnbereich steht eine moderne Lederwohnlandschaft mit Schlaffunktion und Ottomane mit verstellbarer Oberlehne zum Relaxen und Verweilen bereit. Ein 42'' LED-3D TV mit 6 x 3D-Brillen, ein Blu Ray-Player und eine Musikanlage sind auch vorhanden. Kostenloser WLAN-Internetanschluss und Kabel-TV incl. Sky-cinema, Sky-disney-channel, Sky-Bundesliga und Sky Sport stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Ein Bad mit Dusche und WC incl. Waschmaschine ist auch auf dieser Ebene zu finden. Im OG unseres Hauses befindet sich ein weiteres Bad mit Dusche und WC. In beiden Räumen befindet sich jeweils ein Fön. Desweiteren gibt es oben einen Schlafraum mit Boxspring-Doppelbett und geräumigen Schrank mit eingebauten Safe, sowie ein 32'' LCD-Flachbildschirm. Im zweiten Schlafraum stehen 2 getrennte Boxspring-Betten, die sich auch zu einem Doppelbett zusammenstellen lassen können. Ein großer Schrank und ein 32'' LCD-Flachbildfernseher stehen ebenfalls zur Nutzung bereit. Das dritte Schlafzimmer beinhaltet eine ausziehbare Schlafcouch und einen 32'' LCD-Flachbildschirm. Für die kleinen Gäste ist auch gesorgt: Ein 140x70 cm großes Kinderbett mit Matratze und Kindereisebett laden zum Nächtigen im Elternschlafzimmer ein. Außerdem sind Hochstuhl, Treppenschutzgitter oben und unten, Kindergeschirr/-besteck, Töpfchen, WC-Aufsatz, Steckdosensicherung, Spielzeug und vieles mehr ebenfalls vorhanden.
