Through the separate outdoor/apartment entrance, you enter the hallway from which shower bath with window, the living room with an open kitchen/dining area and the bedroom goes off. Seating with a table and umbrella offers the sunny south/west garden terrace of the living room. The bicycles can be parked in the garden on the specially intended bicycle stand. The parking space is located next to the entrance to the apartment. Drying the bathing clothes is possible on the laundry area in the garden. Durch den separaten Außen-/Wohnungseingang betreten Sie den Flur, von dem aus, dass Duschbad mit Fenster, das Wohnzimmer mit offenem Küchen-/Essbereich und das Schlafzimmer abgehen. Sitzgelegenheiten mit Tisch und Schirm bietet die sonnige Süd-/West-Garten-Terrasse des Wohnzimmers. Die Fahrräder können auf dem eigens vorgesehen Fahrradständer im Garten abgestellt werden. Der Pkw-Stellplatz befindet sich neben dem Wohnungseingang. Das Trocknen der Badesachen ist auf dem Wäscheplatz im Garten möglich.
