Ein offener Wohn-Essbereich mit Loungeecke und heimeligem dänischen Kaminofen. Direkter Zugang zur geschützten Südterrasse mit eingezäuntem Gartenbereich. Poco antes de las puertas de Sylt, con vistas al amplio campo hasta Tondern, Dinamarca y a poca distancia de Niebüll, Süderlügum y Flensburg. 125 m2 le invitan a unas vacaciones relajantes. Un salón-comedor abierto con un rincón de descanso y una acogedora chimenea danesa. Acceso directo a la terraza cubierta orientada al sur con zona ajardinada vallada. La cocina abierta con encimera está totalmente equipada con lavavajillas, horno y frigorífico retro grande. Desde aquí se accede a la terraza oeste con una silla de playa. 2 dormitorios con camas con somier de 1,80 x 2,0 m. 2 baños con suelo radiante y duchas de lluvia, uno de ellos en suite. ¡Las dos amplias terrazas con hamacas y sillas de playa para relajarte te están esperando! La zona del jardín con barbacoa de piedra invita a pasar agradables veladas de barbacoa. Un salon-salle à manger ouvert avec un coin salon et une agréable cheminée danoise. Accès direct à la terrasse abritée exposée sud avec coin jardin clôturé. La cuisine ouverte avec comptoir de cuisine est entièrement équipée d'un lave-vaisselle, d'un four et d'un grand réfrigérateur rétro. De là, vous accédez à la terrasse ouest avec une chaise de plage. 2 chambres avec lits avec sommier à ressorts, 1,80 x 2,0 m. 2 salles de bains avec chauffage au sol et douches à effet de pluie, dont une en suite. Una zona soggiorno-pranzo aperta con angolo salotto e un accogliente caminetto danese. Accesso diretto alla terrazza riparata esposta a sud con giardino recintato. La cucina aperta con bancone è completamente attrezzata con lavastoviglie, forno e grande frigorifero retrò. Da qui si accede alla terrazza ovest con una sedia a sdraio. 2 camere da letto con letti a molle, 1,80 x 2,0 m. 2 bagni con riscaldamento a pavimento e docce a pioggia, uno dei quali en suite.
