The bedroom, dining and living room have direct access to the sunny south-facing balcony. All rooms (except the bathroom) have wooden parquet floors. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony.

El dormitorio, el comedor y la sala de estar tienen acceso directo al soleado balcón orientado al sur. Todas las habitaciones (excepto el baño) tienen suelos de parquet de madera. Sólo se permite fumar en el balcón.
