Kommen Sie und entdecken Sie dieses ehemalige Pförtnerhaus des Schlosses, das komplett renoviert wurde und nun als modernes und bequemes Ferienhaus dient. Es liegt entlang des Flusses und abseits der Straße zwischen Lüttich und Verviers, ein romantischer und ungewöhnlicher Ort! Die Unterkunft befindet sich im linken Flügel und im Turm des Anwesens auf dem Foto. Nach der Überquerung einer Brücke betreten Sie das Haus und gelangen direkt ins Wohnzimmer und in die Küche. Die Zimmer befinden sich in der ersten Etage, in die man über zwei Treppen gelangt, eine davon eine Wendeltreppe. Abgesehen von den Eigentümern, die in einigen Hundert Metern Entfernung im Schloss leben, haben Sie den Ort ganz für sich. Es sei darauf hingewiesen, dass die Eigentümer die Gasse und die Brücke benutzen können, sie dies aber nur selten machen. Die Stadt Pepinster mit ihren Geschäften ist 1 km entfernt. In 6 km Entfernung liegt Verviers mit ihren Geschäften, Restaurants und dem Markt samstags morgens. Zahlreiche Spaziergänge möglich in der Umgebung, selbst zu Fuß ab der Unterkunft. Die Autobahnen Richtung Spa und Malmedy einerseits und Eupen und Deutschland andererseits liegen 6 km entfernt.
Venez découvrir cette ancienne conciergerie de château aujourd'hui entièrement rénovée en maison de vacances moderne et confortable. Située le long de la rivière et en marge de la route qui relie Liège et Verviers, l'endroit est romantique et... insolite! Le logement se trouve dans l'aile gauche et dans la tour de la propriété en photo. Après avoir traversé un pont, vous entrez dans la maison et accédez directement au salon et la cuisine. Les chambres sont aux étages, auxquels on accède par deux escaliers dont un en colimaçon. A part les propriétaires qui vivent dans le château à une centaine de mètres, vous aurez les lieux pour vous. A noter que le chemin d'accès tout en pavés et le pont peuvent également être empruntés par les propriétaires, mais cela restera moderé. Pepinster et ses commerces sont à 1 km. A 6 km se trouve Verviers, avec ses magasins, ses restaurants et son marché du samedi matin. Nombreuses promenades possibles dans les environs, même en partant à pied du logement. A 6 km vous pourrez rejoindre les autoroutes qui mènent à Spa et Malmedy d'une part, Eupen et l'Allemagne d'autre part. Anecdote: Victor Hugo, déjà en 1837, fut séduit par le charme de la demeure quand, en train, il déambula dans la vallée de la Vesdre en suivant ses méandres. Il fut à ce point émerveillé qu'il y prit inspiration pour écrire un de ses poèmes dans son ouvrage "Les Voix Intérieures" !

Ubicato lungo il fiume della Vesdre e lungo la strada tra Liegi e Verviers, questo posto è romantico e... insolito! Lo scrittore francese Victor Hugo, già nel 1837, è stato sedotto dal fascino della casa! La casa vacanza si trova nell'ala sinistra e la torre che potete vedere sulla foto. Dopo aver attraversato il ponte si entra nella casa e si arriva direttamente nel soggiorno e la cucina. Le camere sono ai piani superiori, ai quali si accede tramite scale di cui una a chiocciola. I proprietari vivono nella dimora principale che si trova ad una centinaia di metri. La stradina che passa sotto la torre (che vedete sulla foto) puo' essere attraversato ognitanto dai proprietari, che daranno il meno fastidio possibile. La cittadina di Pepinster e molti negozi si trovano ad un kilometro solo. Mentre a sei kilometri potrete raggiungere la città di Verviers, con i suoi numerosi negozi, ristoranti e il suo mercato del sabato mattina. Vi sono molte possibilità di passeggiate nelle vicinanze, anche a partire della casa vacanza. A sei kilometri vi sono le le autostrade che portano a Spa e Malmedy da una parte , Eupen e la Germania dall'altra.

Het huis heeft mooie, authentieke kenmerken. De stad Pepinster en zijn winkels bevinden zich op slechts 1 km afstand. Op 6 km ligt Verviers, met winkels, restaurants en markt op zaterdagochtend. De omgeving leent zich uitstekend voor mooie wandelingen en fietstochten door het ruige landschap. Een dagje naar Spa en Malmédy is ook mogelijk, maar je kunt ook een uitstapje maken naar Duitsland of Maastricht. Je verblijft in een voormalige conciërgewoning van een kasteel en dit herken je terug in de details.
