Che splendido luogo per godersi una vacanza con la famiglia o gli amici in tutta tranquillità! Alle porte del paesino di Ugliano, immersa nel verde, sorge Villa Mirjana. Nel suo ampio giardino recintato con alberi di ulivo troverai una splendida piscina con sdraio. Nella proprietà ci sono due accoglienti casette arredate in modo rustico e confortevole. Una sistemazione ideale, se si desidera andare in vacanza con due famiglie o i nonni. Ciascuna casetta vanta una terrazza privata arredata, dove è possibile sedersi in tutta tranquillità, proprio come nel giardino. In terrazza è presente un grande tavolo e un barbecue, perfetti per mangiare in compagnia o per bere un bicchierino di vino, ammirando la piacevole vista sul giardino e sul verdeggiante paesaggio collinare circostante. Ugliano sorge nell'entroterra della vivace città di Spalato (a 26 km), con i suoi resti archeologici e le sue attrazioni culturali. Il centro storico di Spalato è caratterizzato da strette stradine, piazze, bei negozietti e vivaci terrazze. Sullo splendido corso è possibile fare una fantastica passeggiata o godersi il panorama, sorseggiando un drink su una delle sue tante terrazze. Sempre a Spalato e a prossimità della casa vacanze, si trovano diverse spiagge, tra cui la più famosa è Bacvice. Dal porto di Spalato partono i traghetti che collegano le isole ubicate di fronte alla costa, tra cui Brazza e Lesina. Queste isole sono un autentico must! Was für ein herrlicher Ort, um gemeinsam mit der Familie oder mit Freunden Urlaub zu machen. Kurz außerhalb des Dorfes Ugljane, im Grünen versteckt, liegt die Villa Mirjana. In dem großzügigen, eingezäunten Garten mit Olivenbäumen liegt ein herrlicher Pool mit Liegestühlen. Auf dem Gelände stehen zwei kleine, niedliche Häuser mit einer gemütlichen und komfortablen Einrichtung. Eine ideale Unterkunft, wenn Sie mit zwei Familien oder Großeltern in den Urlaub fahren. Jedes Haus hat eine eigene Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln, aber noch viel häufiger werden Sie auf der überdachten Terrasse weiter hinten im Garten zu finden sein. Hier stehen ein großer Esstisch und ein Grill....gemütlich gemeinsam essen oder ein Gläschen Wein trinken, während Sie in den Garten und die grüne, hügelige Umgebung schauen. Ugljane liegt im Hinterland der pulsierenden Stadt Split (26 km) mit ihren vielen archäologischen und kulturellen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das alte Zentrum von Split besitzt schmale Gassen, Plätze, tolle kleine Läden und gesellige Straßencafés. Sie können herrlich über den schönen Boulevard spazieren und die Aussicht genießen, während Sie ein Gläschen in einem der vielen Straßencafés genießen. Die nächstgelegenen Strände von Ihrem Ferienhaus aus liegen auch in Split; Bacvice ist der bekannteste. Von dem Hafen in Split fahren die Fähren zu den Inseln vor der Küste ab wie z. B. Brac und Hvar. Ein Besuch dieser Inseln ist absolut empfehlenswert! Das gilt übrigens auch für die Orte Trogir, den Badeort Makarska (40 km) und das alte Städtchen Omis (29 km) mit seinem wunderschönen rauen Hinterland (verschiedene aktiv Sportarten wie Klettern, Abseilen, Rafting).

Ook de mooie boulevard moet je gezien hebben deze vakantie, hier kun je genieten van het uitzicht en lekker wandelen. Ieder huisje heeft een eigen terras met tuinmeubilair. Verderop in de tuin ligt een ruim, overdekt terras met een barbecue en een grote eettafel. Hier kun je ook lekker met een drankje genieten van de prachtige tuin en het adembenemende uitzicht over de groene heuvelachtige omgeving.
