Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich neben dem Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher und offener Küche mit Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Toilette. Im ersten Stock gibt es zwei Schlafzimmer, eines mit einem Doppelbett und eines mit zwei Einzelbetten, die je nach Wunsch zu einem Doppelbett zusammengestellt werden können. In einigen Villen gibt es ein zweites Badezimmer mit Dusche, Badewanne und Toilette. Die Villa liegt direkt am Wasser und verfügt über einen eigenen Steg. Alle Ferienhäuser liegen am Wasser und verfügen über einen (nicht umzäunten) Garten mit Terrasse und Gartenmöbeln in Form einer Lounge-Garnitur. Bei beiden Wasserhäusern ist die Terrasse eine (überdachte) Veranda. Pro Ferienhaus stehen zwei Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Sie können von Ihrem Ferienhaus aus im Wasserpark Terkaple angeln (Genehmigung erforderlich). Hinweis: Dieser Ferienpark ist zu Neujahr komplett feuerwerksfrei, da jegliches Feuerwerk verboten ist und aktiv überwacht wird. Er ist ideal für Gäste mit Haustieren oder kleinen Kindern, die eine ruhige Umgebung bevorzugen. Der Park befindet sich in einer Gemeinde, in der Feuerwerk verboten ist, sodass in der Nähe kaum bis gar kein Feuerwerk zu erwarten ist, aber es gibt keine Garantie dafür.
