Although set in the country side we are only 10mins from the main town of Chasseneuil sur Bonniere and roughly the same from the lakes of the high Charente, where you will find Bars, Restaurants and beaches. Location The house is in the commune of Cherves Chatelars, being just 5 minutes from the village center. The village has a school, bakers and a very good restaurant. 10 minutes away is Chasseneuil which has many Bars and restaurants plus supermarkets and banks. The international airport of Limoges is just 40mins away as to is the capital of the Charente-Angouleme. Access Access to the house is via a quite country lane with the N141 being about 15mins away. Angouleme has a main train station and Paris can be reached in just a couple of hours Interior The ground floor is open plan having a living area, dining area and kitchen with breakfast bar. On the ground floor there is also a utility room and additional WC. We have a fully fitted kitchen, with gas hob and electric oven The living area is spacious with a stone fireplace and wood burner.
