It is a residential building, located at Rua Almeida e Sousa 25, in the corner with Rua 4 de Infantaria, facing the Jardim da Teófilo Braga (Jardim da Parada) in Campo de Ourique, Lisbon. The building has 10 fractions divided between CV (with windows), ground floor, 1st, 2nd and 3rd (AF), with 160 m2 each, except for the two AF units which have 140 m2 each. Of the 10 fractions, 6 are leased, and only one has an open-ended contract with an older tenant (about 80 years old). A PIP was submitted to the CML that was approved on 08/28/23 The PIP was for the increase of the current façade height from elevation 105.33 to elevation 111.22, enabling the increase of two more floors and the use of an attic. In terms of areas, this PIP foresees a total of 2,200 m2 of pavement surface, compared to the current 1,560 m2.
