Quiet living with proximity to Trier city (5 minutes by car) is possible here! A bus stop with city connection is directly in front of the door. Not far from the Wasserband and Tower Luxembourg, you will find many stores for daily needs. The university campus is also only a few minutes away by bus, therefore ideal for lecturers, employees of the clinics on the Petrisberg or employees in Luxembourg who favor Trier or Dtld. as a residence.
