The spacious apartment (85 m²) is located in the heart of the Allgäu. Optimal starting point for Allgäu explorers and yet not in the first row of tourist hotspots directly at the Alps. Here you can let your soul dangle during a walk and enjoy the Allgäu specifically from the second row. And if the city beckons, you are in Kempten in 10 minutes, in Memmingen or Leutkirch in 20 minutes. For relaxation you need a good night's sleep! You will find this in the large bedroom with a high-quality double bed, organic bedding and another high-quality and comfortable sleeping chair (this could alternatively be carried into the living room). The bathroom is equipped with a high-quality rain shower, separate bathtub, make-up mirror, hairdryer and towels. For personal hygiene you have shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and body milk in organic quality. You can cook and bake as you wish in the newly equipped kitchen with induction stove, stove hood, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer compartment. Of course, coffee maker (filter), kettle, blender and toaster are also at your disposal. Basic ingredients like spices, salt and pepper are available. The large oak table can seat up to 6 people. The living room offers you about 30 m² of space for cozy sofa evenings or reading time in a hanging chair. We have a small selection of special books and games, plus a 43-inch 4k TV with over 100 channels and free Netflix. A high quality sleeper chair and the sofa can be converted into sleeping accommodation for people 3-6 within seconds (the sleeper chair can alternatively be carried into the bedroom). In summer, a private garden area directly in front of the front door can be used. Garden furniture is available for this purpose. High-speed wifi is available throughout the accommodation. Hier kannst du die Seele bei einem Spaziergang baumeln lassen und das Allgäu ganz gezielt aus der zweiten Reihe genießen. Und falls die Stadt lockt, bist du in 10 Minuten in Kempten, in 20 Minuten in Memmingen oder Leutkirch. Für Erholung braucht es guten Schlaf! Diesen findest du in dem großen Schlafzimmer mit hochwertigem Doppelbett, Bio-Bettwäsche und einem weiteren hochwertigen und schlafbequemen Schlafsessel (dieser könnte alternativ auch in das Wohnzimmer getragen werden). Das Bad ist mit einer hochwertigen Regen-Dusche, separater Badewanne, Schminkspiegel, Fön und Handtüchern ausgestattet. Für die Körperpflege steht dir Shampoo, Duschgel, Handseife und Körpermilch in Bio-Qualität zur Verfügung. Kochen und Backen kannst du nach Belieben in der neu ausgestatteten Küche mit Induktionsherd, Dunstabzugshaube, Backofen, Spülmaschine und Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Wir haben eine kleine Auswahl besonderer Bücher und Spiele, außerdem einen 43-Zoll 4k-Fernseher mit über 100 Programmen und kostenfrei Netflix. Ein hochwertiger Schlafsessel und das Sofa können binnen Sekunden zur Schlafmöglichkeit für Personen 3-6 umfunktioniert werden (der Schlafsessel kann alternativ auch in das Schlafzimmer getragen werden). Im Sommer kann ein eigener Gartenbereich direkt vor der Haustüre genutzt werden. Gartenmöbel stehen hierfür zur Verfügung. Highspeed-Wlan ist in der gesamten Unterkunft verfügbar. Die Wohnung ist perfekt eingerichtet auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt im Allgäu: Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen mit Bügelbrett, Wäscheständer, Staubsauger und Bodenwischer.
