Our apartment is an open loft apartment in an old brewery, featuring a large balcony (like a third room in summer), a beautiful open kitchen, a spacious bathroom, a separate toilet, and a walk-in closet. There is a small workspace in the bedroom, separated from the open living space (living and dining room + kitchen) by a sliding door. The flat is situated 10 walking minutes from Ostkreuz or Treptower Park station on the beautiful peninsula Stralau (a green, calm oasis in Berlin). Water is 50 meters away right at the end of the street (we often go there with out SUP for sundown), supermarket, bakery, cafe, bars and clubs are 2 minutes away. Plus you will be living next to celebrities ;). View more View less Unsere Wohnung ist eine offene Loft-Wohnung in einer alten Brauerei mit großem Balkon (im Sommer wie ein drittes Zimmer), einer schönen offenen Küche, einem geräumigen Badezimmer, einer separaten Toilette und einem begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es einen kleinen Arbeitsbereich, der durch eine Schiebetür vom offenen Wohnbereich (Wohn- und Esszimmer + Küche) getrennt ist. Die Wohnung befindet sich 10 Gehminuten von den Bahnhöfen Ostkreuz oder Treptower Park auf der schönen Halbinsel Stralau (eine grüne, ruhige Oase in Berlin). Das Wasser ist nur 50 Meter entfernt am Ende der Straße (wir gehen oft dorthin mit unserem SUP zum Sonnenuntergang). Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Café, Bars und Clubs sind in 2 Minuten zu erreichen.
