We are renting out our two-story, cozy and very well-kept house in Oberkrämer (Marwitz/Velten) - in a green location; available from September 1st, 2024. The modern house with 5.5 rooms offers plenty of space on a total of 180m2. The house was built in 2010 on a plot of approx. 900m2 and is in perfect condition. The ground floor has a bedroom, a bathroom with shower/bathtub, a large living room and an open kitchen. The upper floor has a bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a small office, a music room in the attic and a large living room (bedroom) with an open kitchen. On the ground floor and on the upper floor, large windows let in a lot of sunlight. From the living room on the upper floor you can enjoy a generous view of the greenery. Children can also feel at home here, because the large garden (180m2) with a slide and trampoline invites you to play. Location: The property is located in Marwitz/Velten - Oberkrämer. Bus lines 651, 811 and 824 run nearby. There are supermarkets and a restaurant within walking distance. Further away you will also find several shops, schools and a kindergarten. There are many things worth seeing in the area. These include: the Hedwig Bollhagen workshops (3 minutes walk away) - the Oberkrämer forest (about 10 minutes by bike) - the cycle path on the Havel river promenade (from - Nieder Neuendorf to Spandau) - the Scheunenviertel in Kremmen (15 km away) - the Germendorf animal and leisure park (10 km away) - the Bernsteinsee in Velten (with wakeboarding facility) (5 km away) The location is particularly popular with cyclists. Another special feature is the water-carrying wood stove, which could theoretically heat the entire house all winter long (hot water and underfloor heating). The bathrooms with underfloor heating, bathtub and floor-to-ceiling shower are all very high-quality, including Villeroy & Boch elements. The kitchens are equipped with a ceramic hob, ovens and dishwashers. The house has two (three) parking spaces, a bicycle shed of approx. 20 m2, a garden shed (5 m2) and a carport shed (25 m2). The house is only a few minutes' walk from the bus stop. The shops (Aldi and Rewe) are also in the immediate vicinity - so very conveniently located.
