We - a newly married couple with the crazy idea of going on a world tour - are looking for reliable subtenants for our fully furnished duplex apartment. The sublease period is from 01.09.2024 to 31.08.2025. The apartment is a light-filled, modern dwelling with Velux windows, added to an existing old building just 14 years ago. It offers the charm of an old building with high ceilings combined with the comforts of a modern bathroom and good insulation. On the lower level, the apartment features a separate guest toilet, a kitchen with a small dining table, and all necessary kitchen appliances for daily use. From the entrance hallway with a wardrobe, you can access the large living room with a small balcony (approx. 5m²) facing southwest (with a view of the Alster). Here, you'll find a tastefully furnished living area with a TV and a large dining table, perfect for hosting lovely wine evenings with friends. The straight staircase leads to the gallery, where a modern workspace awaits you. The visually stunning "beams" provide an incredible old-building charm throughout the upper floor.
