De accommodatie beschikt over verzorgde buitenruimtes zoals een ruime tuin, een zwembad van 14x6 (0,8-1,9 diep), een groot terras, twee volledig gemeubileerde veranda's, een barbecue voor de liefhebbers en een prachtig uitzicht op het platteland. Het huis van 499m2 is verdeeld over twee verdiepingen en beschikt over 5 slaapkamers met airconditioning. Er is een slaapkamer met een tweepersoonsbed en eigen badkamer op de begane grond en 4 slaapkamers (twee met twee eenpersoonsbedden en twee met een tweepersoonsbed) op de 1e verdieping. Een kinderbedje en een kinderstoel zijn op aanvraag beschikbaar. Er is een badkamer met douche en een bad op de 1e verdieping en een toilet op de begane grond. De gezellige woonkamer is de perfecte plek om te rusten na een warme dag terwijl u naar satelliet-tv kijkt of uw favoriete boek leest. Voor koudere maanden is er een open haard. De keuken heeft een eethoek en is uitgerust met alle benodigde keukengerei om heerlijke maaltijden te bereiden. Buiten is er een andere keuken dichtbij de barbecue, die is uitgerust met een oven, een wastafel en een koelkast. In de wasruimte vindt u een wasmachine, strijkijzer met strijkplank. De accommodatie ligt in een rustige omgeving voor een ontspannen vakantie. Op 1 km afstand ligt het dorp Horta waar u basisproducten kunt vinden voor uw verblijf. Binnen 15 minuten bent u met de auto bij zandstranden zoals Parque Natural de Mondragó of binnen 20 minuten bent u bij Es Trenc en Colonia de Sant Jordi. De prachtige baai Cala D'Or die bekend staat om zijn heldere water ligt op slechts 6 km afstand. Er ist zwischen 0,8 m und 1,9 m tief und wird mit Chlor gereinigt. Auf der Poolterrasse kann man sich die Sonne auf den Bauch scheinen lassen oder mit Freunden essen. Der Grill ist auf der kleinen Veranda untergebracht und urig gestaltet. Direkt daneben befindet sich eine Küche mit Essbereich, Kamin und einem Kühlschrank, sodass Ihrer Grillparty nichts im Wege steht. Die 499 m2 große, zweistöckige Unterkunft wurde aufwendig gestaltet und verbindet neue mit alten Dekorationselementen. Alle Schlafzimmer sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Das Doppelschlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss hat ein geräumiges En-Suite Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche. Die anderen vier Schlafräume im 1. Stock wurden folgendermaßen ausgestattet: zwei mit je zwei Einzelbetten und zwei mit je einem Doppelbett. Ein Doppelbettschlafzimmer im 1. Stock hat außerdem ein privates Bad mit Badewanne. Los exteriores son muy bonitos, dispone de amplias zonas ajardinadas, una piscina de cloro de 14 x 6 m con una profundidad que va de 0.8 a 1.9 m, una amplia terraza, dos porches totalmente equipados, una barbacoa situada en un porche totalmente amueblado, y bonitas vistas a la naturaleza.La casa distribuye sus estancias en dos plantas. El salón está equipado con tres sofás, TV-Sat, una mesita, y chimenea. La cocina-comedor, independiente y de gas, tiene todo lo necesario para que pueda cocinar sin ningún problema. La cocina dispone de dos mesas con sillas y una despensa. En el exterior encontrará otra cocina, al lado de la barbacoa, equipada con una chimenea, un lavadero y nevera. En la zona de la lavandería encontrará una lavadora, plancha y tabla de planchar.
