Zgrada je napuštena prije više desetljeća te se protekom vremena urušila, tako da je to sada ruševina obrasla gustim raslinjem. L'edificio fu abbandonato diversi decenni fa e crollò nel tempo, tanto che oggi è un rudere ricoperto da una fitta vegetazione. Il terreno è recintato con muro a secco ed è circondato da terreni di proprietà della Repubblica di Croazia. Il proprietario del terreno ha una concessione sul terreno demaniale dal quale si accede al terreno in oggetto.
