Un autre grand avantage de l'habitation est qu'elle est située au calme, tout en se trouvant pourtant dans l'agglomération de Barvaux. Vous êtes pour ainsi dire à quelques pas du centre, où vous trouverez par exemple un chouette marché tous les samedis. Wegens de maatregelingen rondom COVID-19, is het mogelijk deze woning te boeken tot 15 personen. Hiervoor wordt er een extra korting van 30% gegeven. Wanneer een verblijf bij u niet in eerste instantie is gericht op luxe faciliteiten, maar vooral op een gezellig samenzijn, dan is dit de perfecte woning voor u. De inrichting is eenvoudig en dat levert een voor bijna iedereen betaalbaar huis op. Als het mooi weer is, zult u overigens het verschil met een andere woning niet eens opmerken, want dan bent u lekker buiten. Naast de woning ligt een terras, maar veel mooier nog is de volledig omringende, zeer grote tuin. Heel lang geleden was dit een kleine camping, hetgeen de grootte van het terrein verklaart. Helemaal achteraan in een hoek staat nog het gebouwtje dat ooit als sanitair dienst deed. Laat dit niet de indruk wekken dat de woning bij koudere tijden niet geschikt zou zijn, want het tegendeel is waar. Het hele gezelschap kan gezamenlijk eten aan de lange tafels en wanneer u met kinderen komt, wordt het lachen, gieren, brullen in de slaapzaal met maar liefst 4 stapelbedden. Een ander groot pluspunt is dat de woning zelf rustig gelegen is, maar dat hij toch binnen de bebouwde kom van Barvaux valt. U loopt dus als het ware zo het centrum in, met bijvoorbeeld zijn leuke zaterdagmarkt. Let op! Deze woning wordt vanwege de rust niet verhuurd aan groepen jongeren!
