passare alla zona notte, usciamo nel piccolo terrazzino a notare il panorama lagunare: due sedie e un piccolo tavolino, noi e la laguna. Passiamo quindi alla zona notte; la camera matrimoniale con vista ci fà sognare un ottimo risveglio. Passiamo poi nel bagno, ampio e luminoso. La nostra visita non ha ancora
finito di darci emozioni, una porta affianco all'entrata ci apre ad una rampa di scale privata che ci porta direttamente sul tetto del palazzo: una grande terrazza a vasca al quarto piano ci si apre di fronte a noi, la dimensione ci fà pensare a molteplici usi, grandi tavolate, una zona solarium oppure un grande salotto esterno con piante decorative, il tutto con un sensazionale panorama di tutta la laguna: da qui si possono ammirare dei tramonti mozzafiato, con lo sguardo volto fino al Lido e alle altre isole e dall'altro lato sui tetti di Venezia, la cupola della Salute e il campanile di San Marco. Questa dimora è unica nel suo genere, la laguna e la sua luce si connettono in maniera viscerale alla proprietà, le terrazze creano situazioni intime mantenendo il rapporto col paesaggio lagunare.L’isola della Giudecca è una delle zone residenziali più note di Venezia. Con le sue caratteristiche casette, e la famosa chiesa del Redentore, emana un fascino che nel tempo si è sempre mantenuto intatto. Distante solo un breve giro in gondola da San Marco, è stata denominata "giardino delle delizie" di Venezia nel 18° secolo.Il nome “Junghans” deriva dalla famosa azienda tedesca che qui fondò il primo produttore italiano di orologi. Nel XXI secolo, un profondo restauro ne ha convertito la destinazione: ora negli edifici della fabbrica possiamo trovare un teatro e diversi complessi residenziali che conservano il nome storico di Junghans. Wir bewundern den Sonnenuntergang über der Südlagune, sitzen auf einer roten Bank und spazieren entlang der Lagune im Junghaus Gegend, einer ehemaligen Uhrenfabrik, die in einen zeitgenössischen Komplex umgewandelt wurde, in dem die Modernität der Gebäude und der Fluss der Kanäle im Gleichklang winden und der architektonisches Stil mit der Natur der Lagune verschmilzt. Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock und ist mit einer Gemeinschaftskläranlage ausgestattet. Wir betreten durch einen gläsernen Eingang und gelangen mit dem Aufzug in den Eingangsbereich: Ein großer, von Ost nach West belichteter Wohnbereich mit herrlichem Blick auf die Lagune, eine Küchenzeile und ein schöner Holzfußboden verleihen der Wohnung Eleganz. Bevor wir in den Schlafbereich gehen, treten wir auf die kleine Terrasse hinaus, um das Panorama der Lagune zu genießen: zwei Stühle und ein kleiner Tisch, wir und die Lagune. Wir kehren zurück, in der Gewissheit, dass die Wohnung uns andere Gefühle schenken wird. Dann gehen wir in den Schlafbereich; das Hauptschlafzimmer mit Blick lässt uns von einem großen Erwachen träumen. Dann geht es weiter zum Badezimmer, das groß und hell ist. Unser Besuch ist noch nicht zu Ende, denn eine Tür neben dem Eingang führt zu einer privaten Treppe, die uns direkt auf das Dach des Gebäudes bringt: Vor uns öffnet sich eine große Poolterrasse im vierten Stock, deren Größe an eine vielseitige Nutzung denken lässt, große Tische, eine Liegewiese oder eine große Outdoor-Lounge mit dekorativen Pflanzen, und das alles mit einem sensationellen Blick auf die gesamte Lagune: Von hier aus können wir atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge bewundern, mit Blick auf den Lido und die anderen Inseln, und auf der anderen Seite über die Dächer von Venedig mit seinen wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Dieser Wohnsitz ist einzigartig, die Lagune und ihr Licht verbinden sich visuell mit dem Anwesen, die Terrassen schaffen intime und angenehme Situationen, während der Kontakt mit der Natur draußen erhalten bleibt.Die Giudecca-Insel ist eine der bekanntesten Wohngegenden Venedigs. Mit seinen charakteristischen Häusern und der berühmten Erlöserkirche strahlt es einen Charme aus, der sich über die Zeit hinweg erhalten hat. Nur eine kurze Gondelfahrt von San Marco entfernt, wurde er im 18. Jahrhundert als Venedigs „Garten der Genüsse“ bezeichnet.Der Name „Junghans“ stammt von dem berühmten deutschen Unternehmen, das hier den ersten italienischen Uhrenhersteller gründete. Im 21. Jahrhundert hat eine tiefgreifende Restaurierung seinen Zweck verändert: In den Fabrikgebäuden finden wir heute ein Theater und mehrere Wohnkomplexe, die den historischen Namen Junghans bewahren. Admirando la puesta de sol sobre la Laguna Sur, sentados en un banco rojo, paseamos por la laguna en la zona de Junghans, una antigua fábrica de relojes reconvertida en un conjunto contemporáneo, donde la modernidad de los edificios y el fluir de los canales serpentean al unísono, fusionando el estilo arquitectónico a la naturaleza de la laguna. Nuestra propiedad está ubicada en el tercer piso y está equipada con tanques sépticos de condominio. Entramos por una entrada acristalada y por el ascensor llegamos a la entrada: se nos abre un gran salón iluminado de este a oeste con estupendas vistas a la laguna, una pequeña cocina y un precioso suelo de madera llenan la estancia de una elegancia inmóvil. Antes de pasar al área de dormir, salimos a la pequeña terraza para notar el panorama de la laguna: dos sillas y una mesita, nosotros y la laguna. Luego pasamos al área de dormir; la habitación de matrimonio con vistas nos hace soñar con un excelente despertar. Luego pasamos al baño, grande y luminoso. Nuestra visita aún no ha terminado de emocionarnos, una puerta junto a la entrada nos abre a un tramo privado de escaleras que nos lleva directamente a la azotea del edificio: una gran terraza con bañera en el cuarto piso se abre frente a nosotros , el tamaño nos hace pensar en múltiples usos, grandes mesas, una zona de solárium o un gran salón exterior con plantas decorativas, todo ello con una sensacional panorámica de toda la laguna: desde aquí se pueden admirar impresionantes puestas de sol, con la mirada puesta en el Lido y las otras islas y del otro lado en los tejados de Venecia, con los principales monumentos. Esta residencia es única, la laguna y su luz están visceralmente conectadas a la propiedad, las terrazas crean situaciones íntimas y placenteras, manteniendo el contacto con la naturaleza externa.La isla de Giudecca es una de las zonas residenciales más conocidas de Venecia. Con sus características casas, y la famosa iglesia del Redentor, destila un encanto que siempre se ha mantenido intacto a lo largo del tiempo. A solo un corto paseo en góndola desde San Marco, se lo conocía como el "jardín de las delicias" de Venecia en el siglo XVIII.El nombre "Junghans" proviene de la famosa empresa alemana que fundó aquí el primer fabricante de relojes italiano. Admiring the sunset over the South Lagoon, seated on a red bench, we take a stroll along the lagoon in the Junghans' area, a former watch factory converted into a contemporary complex, where the modernity of the buildings and the flow of the canals run in unison, merging architectural style with the nature of the lagoon. Our property is located on the third floor and is equipped with condominium septic tanks. We enter through a glass entrance and take the lift to reach the entrance: a large living area opens up to us, lit from east to west with great views of the lagoon, a kitchenette and a beautiful wooden floor fill the property with elegance. Before moving on to the sleeping area, we step out onto the small terrace to take in the lagoon panorama: two chairs and a small table, us and the lagoon. We return, confident that the flat will give us other emotions. We then move on to the sleeping area; the master bedroom with a view makes us dream of a great awakening. We then move on to the bathroom, which is large and bright. Our visit has not yet finished giving us emotions, a door next to the entrance opens to a private flight of stairs which takes us directly to the roof of the building: a large pool terrace on the fourth floor opens up in front of us, its size makes us think of multiple uses, large tables, a sunbathing area or a large outdoor lounge with decorative plants, all with a sensational view of the entire lagoon: from here we can admire breathtaking sunsets, with our gaze turned up to the Lido and the other islands, and on the other side over the rooftops of Venice, with its main monuments. This residence is unique, the lagoon and its light connect viscerally to the property, the terraces create intimate and pleasant situations, while maintaining contact with nature outside.The Giudecca island is one of the best-known residential areas of Venice.
