View more View less Im Herzen von Venedig, in der Nähe des Campo de la Guerra, lädt uns eine Tür ein, einzutreten und in den dritten Stock zu gehen. Es gibt keinen Aufzug, aber die Treppe ist gut begehbar. Wir geben den Code ein und die automatische Tür öffnet sich vor uns und gibt den Blick auf das helle Wohnzimmer mit Parkett, Balken und Sichtmauerwerk frei. Das Sofa und die Kronleuchter konkurrieren in einem Design-Wettbewerb miteinander. Vom Wohnzimmer aus gelangen wir bald in die offene Küche mit freiem Blick über die Dächer von Venedig. Induktionskochfelder und moderne Geräte versprechen interessante Mahlzeiten, kombiniert mit der Liebe zum Detail bei der Auswahl der Oberschränke. Vom Wohnzimmer aus geht es nach links in den Schlafbereich: ein erstes kleines Schlafzimmer öffnet sich am Anfang des Flurs, klein und hübsch, perfekt für die Unterbringung eines Freundes, Verwandten oder Kindermädchens. Weiter geht es spiegelverkehrt durch den langen Flur, rechts das erste moderne Bad mit sanften Tönen, die miteinander in Dialog treten. Eine Stufe trennt uns von den beiden anderen Zimmern, links führt uns ein riesiges Fort mit Etagenbetten, sichtbaren Balken und Rundumbeleuchtung in das Kinderzimmer mit vier Einzelbetten und viel Platz. Weiter geradeaus erreichen wir das Hauptschlafzimmer, eine unbestrittene Synthese aus Spiegeln und Designermöbeln und -beleuchtung, zwischen Glas und Eisen. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Eingangs führt eine Tür in die Waschküche mit Waschmaschine, Trockner und Bügeleisen. Introducimos el código y la puerta automática se abre ante nosotros, revelando el luminoso salón con parqué, vigas y ladrillo visto. El sofá y las lámparas de araña compiten entre sí en un concurso de diseño. Desde el salón llegamos pronto a la cocina abierta con vistas a los tejados de Venecia. Las placas de inducción y los modernos electrodomésticos prometen comidas interesantes, combinadas con la atención al detalle en la elección de los muebles altos. Desde el salón nos dirigimos a la izquierda hacia la zona de noche: al principio del pasillo se abre un primer dormitorio, pequeño y bonito, perfecto para acoger a un amigo, un pariente o una niñera. Seguimos reflejados en el largo pasillo, a la derecha el primer baño moderno con tonos suaves que dialogan entre sí. Un escalón nos separa de las otras dos habitaciones, a la izquierda un enorme fuerte con literas, vigas vistas e iluminación envolvente nos introduce en la habitación de los niños, con cuatro camas individuales y mucho espacio. Siguiendo recto, llegamos al dormitorio principal, síntesis indiscutible de espejos y mobiliario e iluminación de diseño, entre cristal y hierro. En la pared opuesta por la que entramos, una puerta nos conduce al lavadero con lavadora, secadora y plancha, y desde aquí llegamos al cuarto de baño en suite, completo con todos los servicios sanitarios.CALEFACCIÓN INDEPENDIENTE

Nous entrons le code et la porte automatique s'ouvre devant nous, révélant un salon lumineux avec parquet, poutres et briques apparentes. Le canapé et les lustres rivalisent de design. Du salon, on accède rapidement à la cuisine ouverte qui offre une vue imprenable sur les toits de Venise. Les plaques à induction et les appareils modernes promettent des repas intéressants, combinés à l'attention portée aux détails dans le choix des éléments muraux. Depuis le salon, nous nous dirigeons à gauche vers le coin nuit : une première petite chambre s'ouvre au début du couloir, petite et jolie, parfaite pour accueillir un ami, un parent ou une nounou. Nous continuons en miroir dans le long couloir, à droite la première salle de bain moderne avec des tons doux qui dialoguent entre eux. Une marche nous sépare des deux autres chambres, à gauche un grand fort avec des lits superposés, des poutres apparentes et un éclairage enveloppant nous introduit dans la chambre des enfants, avec quatre lits simples et beaucoup d'espace. En continuant tout droit, nous arrivons à la chambre principale, synthèse incontestable de miroirs, de meubles et d'éclairages design, entre verre et fer. Inseriamo il codice e la porta automatica si apre davanti a noi, rivelando il luminoso salotto in parquet, travi e mattoni a vista. Il divano e i lampadari competono tra loro in una gara di design. Dal salotto arriviamo presto in cucina open space con vista aperta sui tetti di Venezia. I fornelli ad induzione e i moderni elettrodomestici promettono pranzi interessanti, unita alla cura dei dettagli della scelta dei pensili. Dal salotto ci dirigiamo a sinistra nella zona notte: una prima cameretta si apre all’inizio del corridoio, piccola e graziosa, perfetta per ospitare un amico, un parente o la tata. Proseguiamo specchiandoci nel lungo corridoio, a destra il primo bagno moderno e con toni tenui che dialogano tra loro. Un gradino ci separa dalle altre due camere, a sinistra un enorme fortino con letti a castello, travi a vista e luci avvolgenti ci introduce nella camera dei bambini, con quattro letti singoli e molto spazio. Proseguendo dritti arriviamo alla camera padronale, sintesi indiscussa tra i giochi di specchi e gli arredi e le luci di design, tra vetro e ferro. Sulla parete opposta da cui siamo entrati, una porta ci introduce alla lavanderia con lavatrice, asciugatrice e ferro da stiro, e da qui raggiungiamo il bagno en suite, completo di tutti i sanitari.RISCALDAMENTO AUTONOMO

In the heart of Venice, near Campo de la Guerra, a doorway invites us to enter and climb to the third floor. There is no lift, but the stairs are easily navigable. We enter the code and the automatic door opens in front of us, revealing the bright living room with parquet, beams and exposed brickwork. The sofa and chandeliers compete with each other in a design contest. From the living room we soon reach the open-plan kitchen with an open view over the rooftops of Venice. Induction hobs and modern appliances promise interesting meals, combined with the attention to detail in the choice of wall units. From the living room we head left into the sleeping area: a first small bedroom opens at the beginning of the corridor, small and pretty, perfect for hosting a friend, relative or nanny. We continue mirrored in the long corridor, to the right the first modern bathroom with soft tones that dialogue with each other. A step separates us from the other two rooms, to the left a huge fort with bunk beds, exposed beams and wraparound lighting introduces us to the children's room, with four single beds and plenty of space. Continuing straight on, we reach the master bedroom, an undisputed synthesis of mirrors and designer furnishings and lighting, between glass and iron. On the opposite wall from which we entered, a door leads us to the laundry room with washing machine, dryer and iron, and from here we reach the en suite bathroom, complete with all sanitary facilities.INDEPENDENT HEATING
