Dall’ingresso esploriamo il lato nord della casa, con il robusto tavolo in ferro battuto e in vetro, ideale per ospitare almeno sei ospiti, e il salotto con divano e poltrone speculari, sedi ideali di conversazioni stimolanti. Da un angolo del salotto troviamo la strada per la cucina, di quelle strette e lunghe, chiudibili con la porta scorrevole, eredi della più degna tradizione culinaria casalinga Veneziana. Forno, frigorifero e lavastoviglie supportano i servizi completi di piatti e pentole, pronte per i fornelli. Torniamo verso l’ingresso, e imbocchiamo la camera da letto con bagno en suite, seconda per metratura, ma perfetta per contenere due letti singoli e due capienti armadi, ottima per offrire la privacy ai propri ospiti. La musica riprende, torniamo in salotto per sentirla meglio… notiamo una porta scorrevole, frutto di quella maestria artigianale che rese grande Venezia. La apriamo e troviamo la camera padronale, con bagno en suite completo di vasca e doccia. Ci affacciamo alla porta a vetri posta vicino al letto e arriviamo in terrazza, perfetta per ospitare un
tavolino per dare una vista di pregio ai propri pasti o per un aperitivo informale, cadenzato dalla musica offerta dal conservatorio, posto proprio nel rio di fronte.San Marco è il cuore della città di Venezia, il sestiere più conosciuto e più prestigioso, da ogni punto ci si trova a pochi passi sia dalla Piazza San Marco che dal Teatro della Fenice. Questa zona è anche molto ben servita da tutte le linee del Vaporetto, e dal traghetto gondole, è possibile inoltre raggiungere qualsiasi angolo di Venezia in meno di dieci minuti.L'immobile si trova nell’area di San Samuele/Santo Stefano, la parte di San Marco più residenziale. From the entrance we explore the north side of the house, with its sturdy wrought-iron and glass table, ideal for hosting at least six guests, and the living room with its mirrored sofa and armchairs, ideal venues for stimulating conversations. From one corner of the living room we find the way to the kitchen, of those long narrow ones that can be closed with a sliding door, heirs to the most worthy Venetian home cooking tradition. Oven, refrigerator and dishwasher support complete sets of dishes and pots and pans, ready for the cooker. We turn back towards the entrance, and enter the bedroom with en suite bathroom, second in size but perfect for containing two single beds and two capacious wardrobes, excellent for offering privacy to guests. The music starts up again, and we return to the living room to hear it better... we notice a sliding door, the result of the craftsmanship that made Venice great. We open it and find the master bedroom, with en suite bathroom complete with bath and shower. We look out through the glass door next to the bed and arrive on the terrace, which is perfect for hosting a table to give a fine view of one's meals or for an informal aperitif, punctuated by the music provided by the conservatory, located right on the rio opposite.San Marco is the heart of the city of Venice, the best known and most prestigious sestiere, from every point you are within walking distance of both Piazza San Marco and the Teatro della Fenice.
