Labin è il centro economico e turistico dell'Istria orientale. Questa bellissima villa si trova nella natura quasi incontaminata dell'Istria orientale. Situato all'estremità del paese con vista aperta sulle colline e sul centro Vecchia Guardia di Labina. La villa arredata con cura e gusto è composta da un ampio soggiorno con cucina e sala da pranzo, un bagno per gli ospiti e un ingresso al piano terra. Il soggiorno si apre su un terrazzo coperto sottostante, che è una piscina con zona solarium e zona barbecue.
