Новый бассейн (недавно открытый) с более чем 100 кв.м влажной зоны, с гидромассажем и детским пространством, по-прежнему создает уютное место.
Развлекательная инфраструктура, помимо бассейна, включает в себя мультиспортивный травяной корт для теннисных и футбольных игр, мишень для стрельбы, а также есть зона для тренировок по гольфу.
В A.T. Resort есть парковка на 15 мест, покрытая солнечными панелями, питающая электростанцию мощностью 20 кВт, которая дает автономную структуру с энергетической точки зрения. Il luogo in cui si trova il Resort ha una superficie totale di 10.000 metri quadrati, di forma rettangolare, l'arrivo al sito è fatto direttamente dalla strada asfaltata principale di accesso a Cacha Pregos. L'ingresso è protetto dal corpo di guardia e l'area di Alma Tropical comprende il Resort è un residenziale che porta lo stesso nome.
A disposizione degli ospiti, c'è una spiaggia privata che dispone di un chiosco per soddisfare le esigenze di chi vuole trascorrere una giornata al mare. I giardini hanno vegetazione subtropicale tipica della Foresta Atlantica, con piante autoctone tipiche, dove vivono animali selvatici, già abituati alla presenza dell'uomo: scimmie, tamarini, pappagalli, iguane, lucertole, uccelli di varie specie che sfruttano il lago esistente di circa 500 mq di acqua di profondità, contenente pesci giganti.
Questo lago è molto vicino al mare, creando un contrasto unico di acqua dolce o vegetazione marina. Vicino al lago si trova il Resort Restaurant che serve la colazione ed è disponibile per la cena in mezzo agli alberi, ai fiori e a tutta la natura.
Alla periferia del lago e di fronte all'oceano ci sono 1.000 metri quadrati di superficie costruita e appena ristrutturata, con 16 suite con bagno di diverse configurazioni (doppie, triple e familiari), che possono ospitare comodamente fino a 50 persone. Ogni suite è già dotata di frigobar, TV e aria condizionata oltre alle calde acque in bagno e balconi privati, con adeguati comfort per trascorrere vacanze indimenticabili.
La nuova piscina (recentemente inaugurata) con più di 100 mq di zona umida, con idromassaggi e spazio per bambini, rende ancora il luogo accogliente.

L'A.T. Resort dispone di un parcheggio con 15 posti coperti da pannelli solari che alimentano una centrale elettrica da 20 k.w. che produce una struttura autonoma dal punto di vista energetico. Analogamente la struttura ha un pozzo artesiano profondo 60 metri con pompa automatica che alimenta tutte le esigenze della struttura. Per un migliore utilizzo operativo dispone di un capannone, una lavanderia e un garage con due posti vacanti da parte della direzione.
