This renovated apartment is the perfect base for a great holiday. It has a cosy living-dining room. There is a separate kitchen, equipped with all mod-cons, such as a dishwasher. There is 1 bedroom. The bathroom has a bath, toilet and washbasin. The balcony is a great place to enjoy the sun on a summer's evening. You will receive the SauerlandCard when you book, which offers you free bus and train travel. There is also an area with a table tennis table, washing-drying room and a coin-operated washing machine. There is a bicycle storage area and room to store ski gear. The guests of numbers 57 and 59 can park their car in front of the building. The complex is situated at the entrance to the ski area and the hiking trails. The complex is just a few minutes’ walk away from Erlebnisberg Kappe, with bobsled track, bike park, summer toboggan run and climbing forest. You can go out for a meal or enjoy a night on the town in the many restaurants and bistros, nightclubs and apres-ski bars. There is a bus stop just outside, where you can catch one of the main lines. Important! At this accommodation you can use the (shared) swimming pool or there is a swimming pool nearby. Die FeWo verfügt über ein gemütliches Wohn-/Esszimmer mit einer separaten Küche (incl. Geschirrspüler und allen dazu gehörigen Geräten) 1 Schlafzimmer bietet sich an, zum Relaxen. Im Badezimmer befindet sich eine Badewanne, Toilette und Waschtisch. Ein schöner Balkon lädt ein, die Sommerabende zu genießen. Außerdem gibt es einen Tischtennisraum, Trockenraum mit Münzwaschmaschine, einen Fahrradkeller, sowie ein Skikeller. Die Parkplätze vor dem Haus sind reserviert für die Bewohner der beiden Häuser (57 und 59). Die Ferienwohnungsanlage liegt direkt am Einstieg zum Skigebiet und zu den Wanderwegen. Wer noch nicht genug getan hat im Laufe des Tages, kann sich beim Tischtennis austoben. Der Raum befindet sich ebenfalls im Keller unter der „59“. Weiter steht dort auch eine Waschmaschine gegen Gebühr bereit. Im Keller daneben ist ein Trockenraum. Damit seid Ihr auch für den Fall der Fälle versorgt. Mit der Sauerland Card, welche Sie bei Ihrer Anreise über uns erhalten, fahren Sie kostenlos Bahn und Bus. Teilweise erhalten Sie ermäßigte Preise bei Sehenswürdigkeiten oder Events. Das Haus befindet sich in direkter Nähe zum Skilift am Herrloh sowie zum Skiliftkarussell, gegenüber dem Hotel “Der Brabander” unterhalb der St. Georgs Schanze. Nur wenige Gehminuten zum Erlebnisberg Kappe mit der Bobbahn, dem Bikepark, der Sommerrodelbahn und dem Kletterwald. Auch das Zentrum mit seinen zahlreichen Geschäften, Boutiquen und Restaurants ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Essen, Trinken und feiern könnt Ihr in den zahlreichen Bistros, Restaurants, Diskotheken und Aprés-Ski Lokalitäten, welche sich in naher Umgebung befinden. Der Rothhaarwandersteig befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, wie auch viele andere Wanderrouten. Für diejenigen, welche nicht so viel laufen möchten, haben wir eine Bushaltestelle (Rathaus) fast vor der Tür. Wichtig! In dieser Unterkunft können Sie das (gemeinsame) Schwimmbad nutzen oder es gibt ein Schwimmbad in der Nähe. Aufgrund von Energiesparmaßnahmen in Deutschland sind die Schwimmbäder leider bis auf weiteres nicht beheizt. Vorhandene Saunen funktionieren weiterhin wie gewohnt. Optimaal genieten van de heerlijke natuur, en dat ook nog eens dichtbij de pistes. Binnen enkele minuten lopen ben je bij de skilift. Pistes voor alle leeftijden en lengte, perfect voor familieuitjes. Achteraf lekker in een restaurant eten en ‘s avonds kijken naar de unieke natuur en de prachtige kristalachtige sneeuw. De woonkamer heeft een televisie met Duitse en Nederlandse zenders en een slaapbank die gemakkelijk uitgeklapt kan worden. In de keuken kan je gebruik maken van een magnetron, een oven, een toaster, een vaatwasser, een koelkast met vriesvakje. Er is ook een filter koffiezetapparaat. De woning heeft één slaapkamer met een tweepersoonsbed. De badkamer heeft een douche, toilet en een wastafel. Er is helaas geen WiFi. Dit appartement bevindt zich op de bovenste verdieping van een groot complex. Er kan geparkeerd worden voor het complex. Uw fiets of ski-spullen kunnen opgeborgen worden in de kelder van het complex. Het complex bevindt zich op enkele minuten lopen van Erlebnisberg Kappe met de Bobbaan, het bikepark, de zomerrodelbaan en het klimbos. Eten, drinken en genieten kan in de vele restaurants, bistro's, discotheken en apres-ski-cafés. Een bushalte is voor de deur te vinden, waar een bus stopt die de belangrijkste lijnen bedient.
