This holiday resort can be found at the foot of the imposing Dachstein mountains and on the banks of the picturesque Hallstättersee, near famous Hallstatt. Obertraun is located south-west of Salzburg in the lake area of Salzkammergut. During the summer it's a popular holiday area and during the winter a busy skiing area. The area is so unique, that is was added to UNESCO's World Heritage list in 1997. This comfortable and fully furnished apartment is located on the first floor of the main building of the spacious holiday park Resort Obertraun. The apartment is furnished with care and offers a view of the beautiful Hallstättersee. In the living room, you'll find a TV and a cozy wood stove. The open plan kitchen has a dishwasher and a microwave. There are two bedrooms, one with two 1-pers. box spring beds in a 2-pers. arrangement and a TV, and one with two 1-pers. box spring beds. In addition to a shower, the bathroom also contains a washing machine and dryer. Always useful! In the hall, you have a toilet. Outside you will find a small balcony with garden furniture. From here, you also have a beautiful view of the Hallstättersee. There is parking for one car in the central parking facility. In the holiday village there is a central building with many options, such as a restaurant with sun terrace (terrace only open in the summer), indoor swimming pool, mini market, children's entertainment (in summer only) and a fitness studio. You can book a massage on the spot for a fee. The public beach of the lake is located within walking distance. During the winter, the ski bus stops in front of the door and you can arrange ski rental on site. The area offers a great deal of activities and outings, both summer and winter. Am Fuße des imposanten Dachsteingebirges und am Ufer des malerischen Hallstättersees am bekannten Hallstatt liegt dieses luxuriöse Ferienresort. Obertraun liegt südöstlich von Salzburg im weitläufigen Seengebiet Salzkammergut. Im Sommer ein sehr beliebtes Urlaubsgebiet und im Winter ein viel besuchtes Skigebiet. Das Gebiet ist so einzigartig, dass es 1997 als Weltkulturerbe an die Liste der UNESCO zugefügt wurde. Diese komfortable und komplett eingerichtete Ferienwohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock des Hauptgebäudes des umfangreichen Ferienparks Resort Obertraun. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet einen Blick auf den schönen Hallstättersee. Im Wohnzimmer steht Ihnen ein Fernseher und einen gemütlicher Holzofen zur Verfügung. Die offene Küche verfügt über einen Geschirrspüler und eine Kombi-Mikrowelle. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer, eines mit Fernseher und zwei Boxspring-Einzelbetten, die als Doppelbett zusammenstehen, und eines mit zwei Boxspring-Einzelbetten. Im Badezimmer gibt es neben einer Dusche auch eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Immer praktisch! Auf dem Flur befindet sich ein WC. Draußen erwartet Sie ein kleiner Balkon mit Gartenmöbeln. Von hier hat man auch einen schönen Blick auf den Hallstättersee. Auf dem zentralen Parkplatz gibt es eine Parkgelegenheit für ein Auto. In dem Feriendorf befindet sich ein zentrales Gebäude mit vielen Möglichkeiten wie einem Restaurant mit Sonnenterrasse (Terrasse nur im Sommer geöffnet), Hallenbad, Minimarkt, Kinderanimation (nur im Sommer) und einem Fitnessstudio. Eine Massage können Sie vor Ort gegen Gebühr dazu buchen. Wenige Gehminuten entfernt liegt der öffentliche Strand des Sees. Im Winter hält der Skibus vor der Tür und Sie können auch vor Ort Skier mieten. Die Region bietet sowohl im Sommer wie auch im Winter ein großes Angebot an Aktivitäten und Ausflügsmöglichkeiten. Sie ist also zu jeder Jahreszeit das ideale Urlaubsziel!
Cette resort se situe au pied de l'imposant massif du Dachstein, sur les rives du joli lac Hallstättersee à proximité du bien connu village de Hallstatt. Obertraun se trouve au sud-est de Salzbourg au cœur de la vaste région des lacs du Salzkammergut. En été, une destination de vacances très prisée et en hiver, un domaine skiable fort fréquenté. La région est par ailleurs d'une telle exception, qu'elle a été ajoutée à liste du patrimoine mondial de L'UNESCO, en 1997. Cet appartement confortable et entièrement meublé est situé au premier étage du bâtiment principal du vaste parc de vacances, Resort Obertraun. L'appartement a été aménagé avec soin et offre une vue sur le magnifique lac d'Hallstat (Hallstättersee). Le salon est pourvu d'une télévision et une poêle à bois chaleureux. La cuisine ouverte est équipée d'un lave-vaisselle et d'un four micro-ondes combiné. Il y a deux chambres, dont une avec deux lits boxspring simples disposés en lit double et une TV, et une avec deux lits boxpring simples. Dans la salle de bains avec douche se trouvent également une machine à laver et un sèche-linge, ce qui est toujours utile ! Il y a des toilettes dans le hall. À l'extérieur, vous trouverez un petit balcon avec mobilier de jardin, d'où vous aurez également une jolie vue sur le lac d'Hallstat. Il y a de la place pour une voiture sur le parking central. Dans le village de vacances se trouve un bâtiment central proposant de nombreuses activités, comme un restaurant avec terrasse ensoleillée (terrasse uniquement ouverte en été), piscine intérieure, supérette, animations pour enfants (uniquement en été) et salle de fitness (payante). Vous pouvez également réserver un massage sur place (service payant). A distance de marche, vous accédez à la plage publique du lac. En hiver, la navette s'arrête devant votre porte et il est possible de régler la location des skis sur place. La région offre tant en hiver qu'en été, un large éventail d'activités et d'excursions. Bref, un lieu de vacances idéal, peu importe la saison !
