This holiday resort can be found at the foot of the imposing Dachstein mountains and on the banks of the picturesque Hallstättersee, near famous Hallstatt. This 2-person studio apartment is located on the ground floor of the chalet. The front door brings you into the shared hallway. From there, you will find your own front door. The other door leads to the hotel room upstairs. Obertraun is located south-west of Salzburg in the lake area of Salzkammergut. During the summer it's a popular holiday area and during the winter a busy skiing area. The area is so unique, that is was added to UNESCO's World Heritage list in 1997. The luxurious studio apartment is basically a hotel room, but with the comfort of your own, fully equipped kitchen. You will find a dishwasher and an induction cooker here. There also is a living room/bedroom with TV and 2 nice single box-spring beds in a double setup. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The price includes hotel service. This means breakfast, daily cleaning and twice a week clean bedding and towels. Outside you'll have a furnished terrace at your disposal. There is free parking for one car at about a minute walk from the apartment. In the holiday village there is a central building with many options, such as a restaurant with sun terrace (terrace only open in the summer), indoor swimming pool, mini market, children's entertainment (in summer only) and a fitness studio. You can book a massage on the spot for a fee. The public beach of the lake is located within walking distance. During the winter, the ski bus stops in front of the door and you can arrange ski rental on site. The area offers a great deal of activities and outings, both summer and winter. Durch die Haustür gelangen Sie in den gemeinschaftlichen Flur. Von dort aus haben Sie natürlich Ihre eigene Haustür. Die andere Tür führt zum Hotelzimmer im Obergeschoss. Obertraun liegt südöstlich von Salzburg im weitläufigen Seengebiet Salzkammergut. Im Sommer ein sehr beliebtes Urlaubsgebiet und im Winter ein viel besuchtes Skigebiet. Das Gebiet ist so einzigartig, dass es 1997 als Weltkulturerbe an die Liste der UNESCO zugefügt wurde. Diese luxuriöse Studio-Ferienwohnung ist eigentlich ein Hotelzimmer, aber dann mit der Annehmlichkeit und dem Komfort Ihrer eigenen, komplett eingerichteten Küche. Sie finden hier u. a. eine Spülmaschine und eine Induktionskochplatte. Außerdem gibt es ein Wohn-/Schlafzimmer mit Fernseher und zwei tollen Boxspring-Einzelbetten, die als Doppelbett zusammenstehen. Im Badezimmer finden Sie eine Dusche und eine Toilette. Der Hotelservice ist im Preis enthalten. Dazu gehören Frühstück, tägliche Reinigung und zweimal pro Woche der Wechsel von Bettwäsche und Handtüchern. Im Freien steht Ihnen eine Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln zur Verfügung. L'autre porte mène à la chambre d'hôtel à l'étage. Obertraun se trouve au sud-est de Salzbourg au cœur de la vaste région des lacs du Salzkammergut. En été, une destination de vacances très prisée et en hiver, un domaine skiable fort fréquenté. La région est par ailleurs d'une telle exception, qu'elle a été ajoutée à liste du patrimoine mondial de L'UNESCO, en 1997. Le studio de luxe est en fait une chambre d'hôtel, mais avec la facilité et le confort que lui apporte sa propre cuisine entièrement équipée.
