Das Haus besteht aus 4 Wohnungen (zusammen gemietet), zwei davon im Erdgeschoss und zwei im ersten Stock. Die Wohnungen im Erdgeschoss sind ideal für jeweils 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder und haben einen Aufenthaltsraum mit eingerichteter Kochecke, Tisch und Stühlen, Sofa und Holzkamin, ein Bad mit Dusche und Toilette, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein Schlafzimmer mit Stockbett, das aufgrund seiner Grösse vor allem für Kinder und Jugendliche geeignet ist. Beide Wohnungen haben einen eigenen Garten mit Holzpergola, Tisch und Bänken, Grill und Liegestühlen. Der für alle vier Wohnungen gemeinsame Gartenteil ist vollständig eingezäunt. Darin gibt es einen kleinen Spielplatz für Kinder mit einem Häuschen „Amicizia“(Freundschaft), Rutschbahn, Schaukel und Sandkasten, einen gemeinsamen Platz zum Entspannen mit Hängematten im Schatten der Pinien und Tannen, einen Holzschuppen und einen Platz zum Abstellen der Autos. Im Souterrain des Hauses gibt es zwei Waschmaschinen und einen privaten Abstellplatz für Mountainbikes und Gartenmöbel.
