Questa lussuosa villa, è perfetta per piccoli gruppi, di amici, o per più famiglie che vogliono trascorrere insieme una vacanza "full optional". La proprietà si affaccia su un fantastico panorama collinare, i cui colori cambiano al variare delle stagioni. Gli arredi e le finiture sono tutti di qualità superiore, di manifattura italiana. Vi sembrerà di essere in paradiso. Il giardino completamente recintato garantisce sicurezza e privacy. La piscina a doppio sfioro riscaldata (maggio, giugno, settembre, ottobre), sanitizzata ad ozono, è un vero gioiello con getti idromassaggio e la spiaggetta con il tappeto effervescente. Sarà bellissimo godersi i caldi e illuminati bagni notturni. L'area piscina è attrezzata con salotto da esterno, lettini e ombrelloni. Il bel pergolato esterno offre la possibilità di pranzare all'aperto. Il piano terra è tutto dedicato alle aree living, il soggiorno con divani e una grande smart TV, la cucina super attrezzata in cui sarà bello cimentarsi tutti insieme nella preparazione di cene all'Italiana, oppure richiedere un cuoco tutto per se. Perfetta anche per chi, pur in vacanza, ha bisogno di concentrazione o di lavorare, infatti, la villa offre anche un piccolo studio con monitor e wifi.
