Lerici ist ein legendärer Ort mit gastfreundlichen Menschen und einem pittoresken Fischerhafen, wo Sie auch ein Boot mieten können, einem umfassenden Markt, gute Fischrestaurants und Pizzerien, eine der besten Eisdielen des Ortes, eine Burg und verschiedene kleine Läden, die zum Shopping einladen: Lerici ist einer der schönsten Orte am ligurischen Meer und liegt ganz in der Nähe von Porto Venere und den Cinque Terre. Diese sind nämlich direkt von hier im Schnellboot zu erreichen! Dieses Haus ist traumhaft im oberen Teil des Ortes gelegen und besticht mit dem Meerblick und der grünen Umgebung. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich, ein bisschen wie in einem Boot: schlicht, herzlich und voller Licht und vor allem mit Blick auf die Bucht. Es liegt in Pugliola, einem alten Ort am Hügel des Golfes von La Spezia und im Flusstal des Magra. Von hier aus erblickt man die Inseln Tino, Palmaria und das Dorf Porto Venere, einer der schönsten Fischerorte im Mittelmeer. Eine kleine Treppe führt Sie in nur zehn Minuten ins Dorf Lerici, von wo Sie aus im Schnellboot die Cinque Terre besuchen oder einen Bus nach La Spezia (Bahnhof, Museen, Restaurants) und Sarzana (Shopping, Antiquariate, Burg, Theater) nehmen können. Lerici es un lugar mítico, muy alegre y animado, con un puerto de pesca pintoresco, que ofrece varias posibilidades. Pueden alquilarse fácilmente barcas, con un mercado donde se encuentra prácticamente de todo, buenos restaurantes familiares de pescado, pizzerías, una de las mejores heladerías en el puerto, un castillo para visitar y tantas tiendas que incitan a comprar. En resumen, Lerici es uno de los pueblos marítimos más bonitos de Liguria, a poca distancia de Porto Venere y las Cinco Tierras. De hecho, las rutas para visitarlas comienzan justo aquí! Esta casa tiene una situación de ensueño, en la zona alta del pueblo, con vistas al mar y a la vegetación. La casa está ambientada de modo que nos hace sentir bien, casi como en un barco, sencilla, cálida, invadida por la luz y una perpetua vista a la bahía. Se encuentra en Pugliola, un burgo antiguo situado sobre la colina entre el Golfo de la Spezia y el valle del río Magra. Desde la casa, las vistas abarcan las islas del Tino y de Palmaria, y el pueblo de Portovenere, uno de los pueblos marineros más sugerentes del Mediterráneo.
Lerici est un endroit légendaire, très animé et bien fréquenté, avec un petit port de pêche pittoresque où vous pourrez facilement louer un bateau. Vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin sur le marché, ainsi que de bons petits restaurants de poisson ou des pizzerias, l'un des meilleurs marchands de glace du village, un château à visiter, et de nombreuses de boutiques. Bref, Lerici est l'un des plus beaux villages donnant sur la mer Ligure, tout près de Porto Vénus et des Cinque Terre. C'est d'ailleurs d'ici qu'on prend le bateau pour aller les visiter ! Cette maison se trouve dans une position de rêve, en haut du village, avec vue sur la mer et la campagne environnante. La maison est décorée de façon à ce que vous vous y sentiez vraiment bien, presque comme un bateau, simple, accueillante, inondée de lumière avec vue sur la baie d'où que vous regardiez. Elle se trouve à Pugliola, un ancien village sur la colline entre le golfe de La Spezia et la vallée du fleuve Magra. De la maison on aperçoit les îles du Tino et de Palmaria, ainsi que Porto Venere, l'un des villages les plus pittoresques du littoral de la Ligure. PS; 2017 nouveau lit, cuisinière et douche
Lerici è un posto mitico, molto allegro e ben frequentato, con un porto di pescatori pittoresco, che offre varie possibilità molto facilmente di noleggiare delle barche, con un mercato dove si trova proprio tutto quello che vuoi, buoni ristorantini di pesce o pizzeriae, una delle migliore gelaterie nel porto, un castello da visitare e tanti negozi che danno voglia, in breve Lerici è una delle più belle piccola città sul mare Ligure a poca distanza da Porto Venere e le 5 Terre. Infatti si visitano con un traghetto proprio da qui! E questa casa ha una posizione da sogni, in alto sopra il paese, con la vista sul mare e sul verde accanto. La casa è arredata in un modo che ti fa sentire proprio bene, quasi come in una barca, semplice, caloroso, invaso dalla luce e la vista sulla baia omnipresente. È situata a Pugliola, un borgo antico sul colle fra il Golfo di La Spezia e la valle del fiume Magra. Lerici is een mythische plek, zeer vrolijk en druk bezocht, met een pittoreske vissershaven, waar je gemakkelijk een boot kunt huren, met een markt waar je alles vindt wat je maar wilt, goede visrestaurants of pizzeria's, een van de beste ijssalons van de haven, een kasteel om te bezoeken en vele aantrekkelijke handelszaken, kortom Lerici is een van de mooiste stadjes aan de Ligurische Zee, niet ver van Porto Venere en 5 Terre, die je van hieruit met een veerboot kunt bezoeken! En dit huis ligt op een droomlocatie, hoog boven het dorp, met uitzicht op de zee en het groen rondom. Het is zodanig ingericht dat je je er echt goed voelt, bijna als in een boot, eenvoudig, warm, lichtrijk en met uitzicht op de alomtegenwoordige baai. Het is gelegen in Pugliola, een oud dorp op de heuvel tussen de Golf van La Spezia en de Vallei van de Magra. Vanuit het huis heb je uitzicht op de eilanden Tino en Palmaria en het dorp Porto Venere, een van de mooiste kustdorpen van de Middellandse zee. Via een trap ben je in tien minuten in het dorp Lerici waar je kunt inschepen voor Cinque Terre of de bus nemen naar La Spezia (station, musea, restaurants, ...) en Sarzana (winkelen, antiek, kasteel, theater. .) ps; 2017 nieuw bed en verbetering keuken en douche!
