Estamos en el barrio de Stampace, uno de los más antiguos de la ciudad, que data de la época romana. El apartamento ha sido diseñado para que su estancia sea lo más cómoda posible. Es extremadamente silencioso, esto se debe a que solo hay 3 casas en el edificio y porque las ventanas insonorizadas hacen que la presencia de trenes diarios sea completamente inofensiva. È il luogo ideale per una famiglia di tre persone o un piccolo gruppo di amici che vogliono scorprire la città e la meravigliosa Sardegna. L’appartamento è situato a soli 50 metri dall'entrata laterale della stazione centrale. In pieno centro e allo stesso tempo comodo per visitare i dintorni. Siamo nel quartiere di Stampace, uno dei piu antichi della città, risalente al periodo romano. L'appartamento è stato pensato per rendere il vostro soggiorno il piu confortevole possibile. È estremamente tranquillo, questo perchè nel palazzo sono presenti solo 3 abitazioni e perchè i vetri insonorizzati rendono la presenza dei treni giornalieri del tutto innocua. L’appartamento è dotato di aria condizionata, riscaldamento, una cucina ben attrazzata dove troverete snacks dolci e salati, delle bevande calde e fredde, una piccola scelta di cereali e un assaggio di limoncello fatto in casa!
