Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, auf einem Hügel. Mit dem Auto erreicht man den nächstgelegenen Strand in nur 10 Minuten. Vorm Haus liegt eine große Terrasse mit Liegestühlen, Gartenmobiliar und einem kleinen Privatpool. Im Pool kann man sich abkühlen und auch wunderbar zur Ruhe kommen. Außerdem gibt es einen Garten mit diversen Obstbäumen. Das Haus hat große Fenster, durch die viel Tageslicht einfällt. Abends sehen Sie von hier aus sogar die Lichter auf dem Meer und an der Küste. Wenn Sie im Urlaub gern ausgehen, ist dieses Haus für Sie auch eine gute Wahl. In der Nähe finden Sie zahlreiche Restaurants, kleine Geschäfte und (Tapas-)Bars. In Torre del Mar finden Sie eine lebendige Promenade und typisch spanische Chiringuitos (Strandzelte). Ein Tagesausflug nach Malaga ist ebenfalls eine Möglichkeiten. La casa está situada en un lugar tranquilo en una colina y a sólo 10 minutos en coche de la playa más cercana. Frente a la casa hay una gran terraza con hamacas, muebles de jardín y una pequeña piscina privada. La piscina es perfecta para refrescarse y, por supuesto, relajarse. Cuenta además con un jardín con varios árboles frutales. La casa tiene grandes ventanales, por lo que hay mucha luz diurna. Por la tarde noche se puede disfrutar de las luces del mar y de la costa. Si durante las vacaciones también quiere explorar el entorno, ha acertado con esta casa. En los alrededores hay numerosos restaurantes, tiendas y bares de tapas. En Torre del Mar encontrará un bonito paseo marítimo y los típicos chiringuitos españoles. También es posible hacer una excursión de un día a Málaga. Desde el aeropuerto se tarda unos 45 minutos en llegar a esta bonita casa. ATENCIÓN: El último kilómetro antes de llegar a la casa consiste en un camino estrecho a veces algo empinado. Aunque la carretera es buena para circular, se aconseja cierta precaución. Utilizando la primera marcha, no tendrá ningún problema.

La maison est située au calme, sur une colline et à seulement 10 minutes en voiture de la plage la plus proche. Devant la maison se trouve une grande terrasse avec des chaises longues, du mobilier de jardin et une petite piscine privative. La piscine est l'endroit idéal pour se rafraîchir et se délasser. Vous disposez aussi d'un jardin avec plusieurs arbres fruitiers. La maison a de grandes fenêtres, il y a donc beaucoup de lumière du jour et le soir, vous pouvez même contempler les lumières en mer et sur la côte depuis la maison. Si vos vacances sont aussi faites d'excursions en dehors de la maison, celle-ci sera tout aussi idéale. Les alentours regorgent de restaurants, boutiques et bars (à tapas). À Torre del Mar, vous trouverez un joli boulevard et des chiringuitos (bars de plage) typiques. Une excursion d'une journée à Malaga est également une possibilité. Depuis l'aéroport, il vous faudra environ 45 minutes pour rejoindre cette jolie maison. A NOTER : le dernier km qui mène à la maison consiste en une petite route étroite qui est parfois un peu raide. Cette route n'est pas difficile à emprunter, mais la prudence est de mise. Si vous roulez avec la voiture en première vitesse, vous n'aurez aucun problème.
