Dom jest przestronnie umeblowany, zgodnie z holenderskimi standardami. Dostępny jest cały luksus, którego oczekujesz od domu wakacyjnego. Jest m.in. Ned./Ger. satelitarny KTV, kaseta radiowa i CD. W Essenhof jest również połączenie Wi-Fi. Układ domu jest następujący: duże wejście z dodatkową sofą i drzwiami tarasowymi, duża kuchnia, przestronny salon, łazienka z umywalką, prysznicem i toaletą.
