This detached, single-storey chalet is located in the beautiful, restyled holiday park Resort Pressegger See. It is located in the small hamlet of Presseggen, a stone's throw from the beautiful Pressegger See. There is a shared swimming pool within the property so you can enjoy refreshing dives and beat the scorching summers in style. There is a spacious terrace where you can linger with your morning coffee and garden furniture where you can enjoy a wholesome breakfast and unwind after an active day outdoors. You can play golf at a golf club only a short drive away for some adrenaline rush and also can indulge in cross-country skiing in a ski area only 26 km away from the stay. Erlebnis-Naturbad Vorderberg is a waterpark only 11 km away where you can have a gala time with your loved ones. Nockeberg Biospehere Reserve is around a 1.5-hour drive away and is a mountaintop habitat with trails through meadows & forests, home to eagles & deer, with guided tours. The chalet is fully and comfortably furnished. Nice and great for a holiday for two in the middle of nature. The chalet is located in a higher location. You reach the entrance via a staircase. The layout is like that of a studio. The pleasant living room with TV is separated from the sleeping area (with a comfortable double bed) by an open wall. In the open-plan kitchen, you will find, among other things, a microwave and a dishwasher. In the bathroom, you will find a shower and toilet. For even more comfort, there also is air conditioning. There is parking provided to keep your cars safe and scratch-free.The outdoor life takes place on the wonderful, partly-covered terrace with garden furniture. There is parking for one car at the chalet. At holiday park Resort Pressegger, various mobile homes and chalets can be booked for two to six people. Dieses freistehende, ebenerdige Chalet befindet sich im wunderschönen, neu gestalteten Ferienpark Resort Pressegger See. Er liegt im kleinen Weiler Presseggen, nur einen Steinwurf vom schönen Pressegger See entfernt. Das Chalet ist komplett und komfortabel eingerichtet. Gemütlich und angenehm für einen Urlaub zu zweit, mitten in der Natur. Das Chalet liegt etwas höher. Den Eingang erreichen Sie daher über eine Treppe. Das Layout ist wie das eines Studios. Das gemütliche Wohnzimmer mit TV ist durch eine offene Wand vom Schlafbereich (mit bequemem Doppelbett) getrennt. In der offenen Küche finden Sie u. a. eine Kombi-Mikrowelle und einen Geschirrspüler. Im Badezimmer finden Sie eine Dusche und ein WC. Für noch mehr Komfort steht Ihnen eine angenehme Klimaanlage zur Verfügung. Das Leben im Freien findet auf der schönen, teilweise überdachten Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln statt. Es gibt Parkplätze für ein Auto am Chalet. Im Ferienpark Resort Pressegger See sind verschiedene Mobilheime und Chalets für zwei bis sechs Personen buchbar.
