The house offers on the ground floor a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchenette and a bathroom, on the first floor a living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, seating area and sofa bed, a bedroom with a double and single bed and another bathroom. The house also offers a ski storage room, terrace and garden. You can park directly at the house. Prebl is an ideal starting point for hikes in the entire Saualm and Zirbitz area. In total, over 500 kilometers of marked hiking trails in the Lavanttal invite you to numerous mountain tours and circular hiking trails. In summer you can go hiking directly from the holiday home and discover the extensive high forests and alpine pastures on numerous hiking routes. The nearest ski area is the Klippitztörl with a slope length of 28 km, which you can reach in about 15 minutes by car. In 35 minutes by car you can also reach the Weinebene ski area with 18 kilometers of slopes, or the small Koralpe ski area with 18 kilometers of slopes and 4 lifts. In about 1 hour you can reach the Tonnerhüttenlift / Zirbitzkogel family toboggan and ski area.
