Söll offers two ski lifts from the center with access to the largest ski area in Austria: the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental with the famous Hohe Salve. Here you will also find the longest night ski slope in Austria. The place is also suitable for a sporty summer holiday with beautiful hiking destinations such as the Ahornsee and Hintersteiner See. The spacious eat-in kitchen is the focal point of the apartment, while the living room with seating area and fireplace is cozy. The two bedrooms are furnished with luxurious box spring beds. The third bedroom is a separate living area with sleeping facilities. You can also exclusively use the garden and from May to October the heated private pool with counter-current system. The house is cleaned chemical-free (green cleaning).

Sie bewohnen den unteren Teil dieses einzigartigen Ferienhauses, das im lebendigen Dorfzentrum von Söll und in kurzer Entfernung zum Skilift liegt und eine ideale Unterkunft für Familien und Freunde ist. Söll bietet vom Zentrum aus zwei Skilifte mit Zugang zum größten Skigebiet Österreichs: der SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental mit der berühmten Hohe Salve. Hier gibt es auch die längste Nachtski-Piste Österreichs. Der Ort eignet sich aber auch für einen sportlichen Sommerurlaub mit schönen Wanderzielen wie dem Ahornsee und Hintersteiner See. Die geräumige Wohnküche ist der Mittelpunkt der Wohnung, gemütlich wird es im Wohnzimmer mit Sitzecke und Kamin. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind mit luxuriösen Boxspringbetten ausgestattet. Das dritte Schlafzimmer ist ein getrennter Wohnbereich mit Schlafmöglichkeit. Sie können auch den Garten und von Mai bis Oktober den beheizten Privatpool mit Gegenstromanlage exklusiv nutzen. Das Haus wird chemiefreie gereinigt (green cleaning).

Söll ofrece dos remontes desde el centro con acceso a la zona de esquí más grande de Austria: el SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental con el famoso Hohe Salve. Aquí también encontrará la pista de esquí nocturno más larga de Austria. El lugar también es adecuado para unas vacaciones deportivas de verano con hermosos destinos de senderismo como Ahornsee y Hintersteiner See. La espaciosa cocina comedor es el punto focal del apartamento, mientras que la sala de estar con zona de estar y chimenea es acogedora. Los dos dormitorios están amueblados con lujosas camas con somier. El tercer dormitorio es una sala de estar separada con instalaciones para dormir. También puede utilizar en exclusiva el jardín y de mayo a octubre la piscina privada climatizada con sistema contracorriente. La casa se limpia sin productos químicos (limpieza ecológica).

La cuisine spacieuse est le point central de l'appartement, tandis que le salon avec coin salon et cheminée est confortable. Les deux chambres sont meublées de luxueux sommiers à ressorts. La troisième chambre est un salon séparé avec couchage. Vous pouvez également utiliser exclusivement le jardin et de mai à octobre la piscine privée chauffée avec système à contre-courant. La maison est nettoyée sans produits chimiques (nettoyage écologique).

Qui troverete anche la pista da sci notturna più lunga dell'Austria. Il luogo è adatto anche per una vacanza estiva sportiva con bellissime mete escursionistiche come l'Ahornsee e l'Hintersteiner See. La spaziosa cucina abitabile è il punto focale dell'appartamento, mentre il soggiorno con area salotto e camino è accogliente. Le due camere sono arredate con lussuosi letti a molle. La terza camera da letto è una zona soggiorno separata con posti letto. È inoltre possibile utilizzare in esclusiva il giardino e da maggio a ottobre la piscina privata riscaldata con impianto controcorrente. La casa viene pulita senza prodotti chimici (pulizia verde).

Het is gelegen in het levendige dorpscentrum van Söll en op korte afstand van de skilift, waardoor het een ideale accommodatie is voor wintersportvakanties met families en vrienden. Het centrum van Söll biedt toegang tot het grootste skigebied van Oostenrijk: de SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental met de beroemde Hohe Salve. Hier vind je tevens de langste 's nachts geopende skipiste van Oostenrijk! Met schitterende wandelroutes rondom de Ahorn- en de Hintersteiner See is het tevens zeer geschikt voor vakanties in de zomer of lente. De ruime keuken vormt het centrum van het appartement, dat tevens is voorzien van een gezellige woonkamer met zithoek en open haard. Twee van de slaapkamers zijn voorzien van luxe boxspringbedden en je heerlijk ontspannen in de tuin met verwarmd privézwembad (van mei tot oktober). Het huis wordt schoongemaakt zonder chemicaliën (groene schoonmaak).

Jest to idealna akomodacja dla rodzin, przyjaciół i kolegów, którzy chcą spędzić niezapomniane wakacje w Tyrolu. Zamieszkają Państwo w dolnej części tego atrakcyjnego domu wakacyjnego, oczywiście prywatność jest gwarantowana z uwagi prywatne wejście. Oprócz domu, w miesiącach letnich (od maja do października) mają Państwo również do dyspozycji ogrzewany prywatny basen i ogród. Miłośnicy sportu doznają tu niezapomnianych wrażeń, basen jest nawet wyposażony w przepływ przeciwprądowy! Dom zajmuje parter i pierwsze piętro. Przestronna kuchnia jest centrum domu, tutaj można zjeść posiłek i przyjemnie spędzić czas. W salonie znajduje się przytulny kącik wypoczynkowy. Dwie sypialnie (jedna na parterze i jedna na pierwszym piętrze) wyposażone są w luksusowe łóżka sprężynowe. Wszystkie pokoje posiadają umeblowanie o wysokim standardzie, z pewnością goście poczują się tu jak w domu. Ciekawe dla osób cierpiących na alergie jest to, że dom jest sprzątany w sposób wolny od chemii (ekoczyszczenie). Söll oferuje dwa wyciągi narciarskie z centrum, które umożliwiają dostęp do największego obszaru narciarskiego Austrii: SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental, a w szczególności słynny Hohe Salve. Szczególne dla Söll jest to, że posiada najdłuższy nocny stok narciarski w Austrii. Zjazd w dolinę jest oświetlony do godziny 22.30. Söll to świetne miejsce na wspaniały urlop zimowy, ale dzięki swojemu naturalnemu otoczeniu doskonale nadaje się również do spędzenia tutaj aktywnego urlopu letniego. Jeziora Ahornsee i Hintersteiner to miejsca dla przyjemnego spaceru, ale także (najlepiej z dziećmi) dla ochłodzenia się w gorący letni dzień. Słynny park górski Hexenwasser jest bardzo odpowiedni na całodzienny wypad. Tu jest prawdziwa "ścieżka do chodzenia na boso", a dla młodych i starszych dostępne są różne atrakcje wodne. Z Hexenwasser roztacza się piękny widok na Alpy Kitzbühelskie. Uwaga: Ten dom jest obecnie w trakcie remontu i będzie gotowy w grudniu 2019 roku.
