In winter you can also ski and cross-country ski here. The apartment is on the 1st floor and has pleasantly furnished rooms, an extensive cooking and dining area with a well-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with shower, TV, heating and a balcony. Zu jeder Jahreszeit können Sie von hier aus schöne Ausflüge unternehmen, so auch nach Passau, Deggendort oder den Bayerischen Wald, die mit dem Auto in ca. einer halben Stunde erreichbar sind. Im Winter können Sie hier auch Skifahren und Langlaufen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und verfügt über freundlich eingerichtete Zimmer, eine offene, gut ausgestatteten Küche, ein Bad mit Dusche, TV, Heizung und Zugang zum Garten.
