Both the living room and the dining room have an unobstructed view of the Hömberg and the village of Siedlinghausen on both sides of the valley. Adjacent to the hallway is a reading/study/playroom which also gives access to the large outside terrace which is also accessible from the outside via a separate gate next to the garage. The spacious kitchen (with separate pantry) is equipped with all modern conveniences. Finally, on the ground floor there is a guest toilet and access to the basement. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are very spacious, and 1 bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with two 1-person box spring beds (90cm x 210cm, 90cm x 210cm and 80cm x 200cm) and have plenty of storage space. The modern bathroom has a bath, a separate shower, a bath unit with a wide washbasin and a toilet (also suitable for small children). There is a cot (for babies and small children) on the large landing. In the basement there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and a relaxation room with a Finnish sauna (max. 3 people), a pool table, a table tennis table, a table football game and a darts game. The holiday home is located on a (hiking) path that ends in the forest and is therefore a dead end. As a result, there is hardly any traffic. In winter, however, the road is kept snow-free. In the center, just a few minutes' walk from the holiday home, there are various shops (bakery, butcher, supermarket, pharmacy, banks and tourist office), restaurants and gas stations. View more View less Sowohl vom Wohnzimmer als auch vom Esszimmer aus hat man einen freien Blick auf den Hömberg und auf das Dorf Siedlinghausen auf beiden Seiten des Tals. Angrenzend an die Diele befindet sich ein Lese-/Arbeits-/Spielzimmer, das auch Zugang zur großen Außenterrasse bietet, die über ein separates Tor neben der Garage auch von außen zugänglich ist. Die geräumige Küche (mit separater Speisekammer) ist mit allen modernen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Schließlich gibt es im Erdgeschoss noch eine Gästetoilette und einen Zugang zum Keller. Im ersten Stock gibt es 3 Schlafzimmer, von denen 2 sehr geräumig sind, und 1 Badezimmer. Alle Schlafzimmer sind mit zwei 1Personen-Boxspringbetten (90cm x 210cm, 90cm x 210cm und 80cm x 200cm) ausgestattet und verfügen über viel Stauraum. Das moderne Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne, eine separate Dusche, eine Badeinheit mit einem breiten Waschbecken und eine Toilette (auch für Kleinkinder geeignet). Auf dem großen Treppenabsatz befindet sich ein Kinderbett (für Babys und Kleinkinder). Im Keller gibt es eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner und einen Ruheraum mit einer finnischen Sauna (max. 3 Personen), einem Billardtisch, einer Tischtennisplatte, einem Tischfußballspiel und einem Dartspiel. Das Ferienhaus liegt an einem (Wander-)Weg, der im Wald endet und somit eine Sackgasse ist. Infolgedessen gibt es kaum Verkehr. Im Winter wird die Straße jedoch schneefrei gehalten. Im Zentrum, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Ferienhaus entfernt, befinden sich verschiedene Geschäfte (Bäckerei, Metzgerei, Supermarkt, Apotheke, Banken und Tourismusbüro), Restaurants und Tankstellen. Il y a un lit bébé (pour bébés et petits enfants) sur le grand palier. Au sous-sol se trouvent une buanderie avec lave-linge et sèche-linge et une salle de détente avec un sauna finlandais (max. 3 personnes), un billard, une table de ping-pong, un baby-foot et un jeu de fléchettes. La maison de vacances est située sur un chemin (de randonnée) qui se termine dans la forêt et est donc une impasse. En conséquence, il n'y a pratiquement pas de trafic. En hiver, cependant, la route est maintenue sans neige. Au centre, à quelques minutes à pied de la maison de vacances, se trouvent divers commerces (boulangerie, boucherie, supermarché, pharmacie, banques et office de tourisme), restaurants et stations-service. Il y a aussi une piscine intérieure et extérieure et des courts de tennis. Wel wordt de weg in de winter sneeuwvrij gehouden. U komt het gezellige huis binnen in een ruime hal. Op de begane grond bevindt zich een woonkamer met een 3p-zitbank, een salontafel en twee fauteuils en een eetkamer met een eettafel voor 6 personen, een 2p-zitbank, een fauteuil en een moderne houtkachel. Vanuit deze (verbonden) kamers heeft u een prachtig uitzicht op de Hömberg en op Siedlinghausen aan beide zijden van het dal. Aan de hal grenst een lees-/werk-/speelkamer, die ook toegang geeft tot het grote buitenterras, dat tevens buitenom toegankelijk is via een aparte hekdeur naast de garage. De ruime keuken (met aparte voorraadkamer) is van alle moderne gemakken voorzien. Tot slot zijn er op de begane grond nog een gastentoilet en de toegang tot het souterrain. Op de eerste verdieping zijn er 3 slaapkamers, waarvan 2 zeer ruim, en 1 badkamer. Alle slaapkamers beschikken over twee 1p-boxspringbedden (90cm x 210cm, 90cm x 210cm en 80cm x 200cm).
