This thatched half-timbered house with whirlpool and sauna is located in the middle of Asaa town with just approx. 500 meters to the port. The house itself is a half-timbered house with cosiness and charm. The ceiling is not high due to the exposed beams. Here is both sauna and whirlpool. The house's double beds are & # 8221; wedged in & # 8221; at the end of the bedrooms so that there is no space next to the beds. In the living room there is an alcove, which is mostly intended for children. TV is only for streaming own services. The house is surrounded by a spacious garden, where there is space for various outdoor games and games. Outside on the terrace there is both a smoking oven and a fireplace. Here is also a fixed round table with a cover, around which milk stools are placed. In the garden you will also find a nice fire place and various fruit trees. Not for rent to youth groups.

Reetgedecktes Fachwerkhaus mit besonderem Charme und idyllischer Umgebung. Im gemütlichen Inneren stehen auch Whirlpool und Sauna zur Erholung bereit. Die geräumige Ferienunterkunft steht mitten im Dorf Asaa und nur ca. 500 m vom kleinen Hafen dort entfernt. Sie liegt auf einem lauschigen Gartengrundstück mit Rasenfläche und schützenden Bäumen. Dort gibt es viel Platz für Aktivitäten mit der ganzen Familie. Draußen auf der Terrasse stehen ein Räucherofen und ein Kamin bereit. Außerdem gibt es als Besonderheit einen fest installierten, urigen, runden Gartentisch mit Überdachung und kleinen Milchschmemeln als Sitzplätze. Im Garten findet man auch eine Feuerstelle sowie verschiedene Obstbäume. Das Fachwerkhaus verströmt viel nostalgischen Charme und gemütliches Ambiente. Die Raumhöhe ist aufgrund der alten Dachbalken eingeschränkt. Eines der Doppelbetten kann nur vom Fußende aus "betreten" werden, das zweite nur von der Längsseite (siehe Fotos). Außerdem gemütlicher Alkoven neben dem Essbereich, vorwiegend für Kinder geeignet. TV ohne Empfang, nur für das Streamen eigener Dienste per WLAN gedacht. Keine Vermietung an Jugendgruppen erwünscht!

La casa en sí es una casa de entramado de madera con comodidad y encanto. El techo no es alto debido a las vigas expuestas. Aquí hay sauna e hidromasaje. Les lits doubles de la maison sont & # 8221; calés dans & # 8221; au fond des chambres pour qu'il n'y ait pas d'espace à côté des lits. Dans le salon il y a une alcôve, qui est principalement destinée aux enfants. La télévision sert uniquement à diffuser ses propres services.
