What a location! Just outside the coastal town of Valdemarsvik's center is this nice house with magnificent views of the Valdemarsfjord. Welcoming porch twig under roof. The house is on one floor with a loft furnished for a bedroom with two single beds. Downstairs has another charming bedroom with two single beds. Large living room in open plan with the kitchen. The kitchen area has all amenities including dishwasher. The living area has a combined corner sofa and dining table in rustic wood. There is also a nice wood stove if any day would feel a little chilly. Large flat screen TV with German channels. Fully tiled fresh bathroom with shower and washing machine. The living room / kitchen area has high ceilings up to the ridge which makes the room airy and large. The large bay window with glass sections provides nice light and views of the sea. The bay window also has direct access to the large (approx. 40 sqm) terrace, which will probably be a favorite place both on beautiful mornings and evenings. There is outdoor furniture, parasols and sea views. The house also includes a carport for secure parking of the car. About 30 m from the house on the best vantage point is the glazed gazebo that you have access to. See the whole nice fjord below with a lot of boat traffic during the summer. Perhaps the best of all is that here you also have access to the large (5x10 m) solar-heated pool which is open under the summer weeks. Everything very well maintained and in perfect condition. The house also has a slightly simpler bar / pub in a separate building that you can access. The house has shared plot and garden adjacent to the owner. All around it is relatively hilly and with some forest behind. To the popular hiking trail around Valdemarsviken it is only 50 m. Down to Valdemarsviks center with shops, restaurants, cafes, harbor and tourist info it is only about 300 m. The nearest municipal bathing place is Grännäs and it is about 2 km, here is a sandy beach, piers, lawns and play equipment, all very family-friendly. As day trips, it is certainly suitable to book boat trips out to the outermost sea band. The boats leave from the small coastal community Fyrudden and it is about 20 km. Close by, you can also rent kayaks, boats and Canadians to explore islands, cobs and skerries on your own. Nearby are also the picturesque towns of Västervik and Söderköping with many attractions and events during the summer. Both about 30-60 km away. Around Valdemarsvik there is magnificent nature with forests, many lakes and small nice communities and villages. Welch attraktive Lage! Gleich außerhalb des Küstenortes Valdemarsvik bietet dieses schöne Ferienhaus herrliche Panoramaaussicht zum Valdemarsfjord! Zudem hat man hier Zugang zu Pavillon und Pool im Garten. Kleine, überdachte Veranda am Eingang. Das Ferienhaus ist größtenteils ebenerdig, mit lediglich einem Schlafboden oben unter der Dachschräge. Im Parterre befindet sich ein weiteres, helles Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Außerdem großer Küchen-/Wohnbereich für das Familienleben, mit Kaminofen für kühlere Abende. Zur Küchenausstattung gehört auch ein Geschirrspüler. Im Wohnbereich gibt es eine Sitzecke und einen Esstisch aus rustikalem Holz. Zudem großer Flachbild-Fernseher mit einigen deutschen Sendern zur Auswahl. Das Badezimmer ist gefliest und mit Dusche/WC, angenehmer Fußbodenheizung sowie Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Der Küchen-/Wohnbereich hat firsthohe Decken und große Fenster, was den Raum besonders luftig und großzügig macht. Von hier hat man Zutritt zu einer ca. 40 m2 großen Holzterrasse mit schönem Ausblick, die sich für Sommertage und lauschige Grillabende anbietet. Sitzgelegenheiten, Sonnenschirm und Fjordblick inklusive! Zusätzlich wurde etwa 30 m vom Ferienhaus ein gläserner Gartenpavillon, zu dem auch Sie als Mieter Zugang haben, aufgestellt und ansprechend eingerichtet. Das Becken wird gut gepflegt und ist in einwandfreiem Zustand. Vor Ort steht Ihnen zudem ein Carport als sicherer Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Rameau de porche accueillant sous toiture. La maison est de plain-pied avec une mezzanine aménagée pour une chambre avec deux lits simples. Au rez-de-chaussée se trouve une autre charmante chambre avec deux lits simples. Grand salon à aire ouverte avec la cuisine. Le coin cuisine dispose de toutes les commodités, y compris un lave-vaisselle. Le salon dispose d'un canapé d'angle combiné et d'une table à manger en bois rustique. Il y a aussi un joli poêle à bois si un jour vous semble un peu frais. TV grand écran plat avec chaînes allemandes. Salle de bain fraîche entièrement carrelée avec douche et machine à laver. Le salon / coin cuisine a de hauts plafonds jusqu'au faîte, ce qui rend la pièce spacieuse et aérée. La grande baie vitrée avec des sections en verre offre une belle lumière et une vue sur la mer. La baie vitrée donne également un accès direct à la grande terrasse (env. 40 m²) qui sera probablement un lieu de prédilection aussi bien les belles matinées que les belles soirées.
