The large swimming pool with sea water, heated by the sun, is an obvious gathering place for the family (can be used from May to September). At the terrace there is a 7-person whirlpool, which can be used all year round. The living room has large windows, from which there are views to the pool and to the campfire in the garden. Both bathrooms are from 2019 and are both located at one end of the house, along with all 6 bedrooms. There is direct access to the utility room from the terrace with the whirlpool. Note: no access to 1st floor. There is a trampoline (used at your own risk / insurance). Use of pool, water slide and spa is at your own risk / insurance.
