Außerdem zwei zweckmäßige Schlafzimmer, eins davon mit Elevationsbetten, sowie zeitgemäßes Bad mit Dusche/WC. Waschmaschine und Trockner in einem der Badezimmer. Es gibt keine Türschwellen im Haus, daher können auch Rollstuhlfahrer oder Rollatorbenutzer gut herumkommen. Draußen schön geschützte Terrassenflächen für Sonnentage. La cocina, el comedor y la sala de estar están en conexión abierta. La cocina está equipada con cocina eléctrica con placas de inducción y un horno independiente. En la sala de estar de la casa hay TV por cable, desde la cual puedes escuchar la radio y una estación de acoplamiento para iPhone, por lo que tienes la oportunidad de conectarte y reproducir tu propia música a través de iPhone. Hay dos dormitorios, uno de los cuales tiene camas elevadas. No hay escalones en la casa, lo que significa que es más fácil moverse con un andador y una silla de ruedas.
