The cottage has been modernized in 2020 with respect for the original cottage atmosphere. The open kitchen and family room give the feeling of contiguous areas, and there is both a dining area and a living room with wood burning stove. In the living room there are large windows to the garden overlooking the large wooden terrace. The kitchen has a stove with ceramic hobs, extractor hood, dishwasher and fridge / freezer. The three good bedrooms are bright and friendly. There are double beds in all three and in one there is also a bunk bed. In the functional utility room there is both a washer and dryer. The location is really good on a side road in quiet and beautiful natural surroundings. There is a swing. The cottage area offers a large common area south of the house. Zur Küchenausstattung gehören u.a. Cerankochfeld, Dunstabzugshaube, Geschirrspüler und Kühl-/Gefrierschrank. Die drei Schlafzimmer sind hell und freundlich eingerichtet und mit jeweils einem Doppelbett eingerichtet. Im dritten Zimmer steht zudem ein Etagenbett für Kinder bereit. Praktischer Hauswirtschaftsraum im Haus mit sowohl Waschmaschine als auch Wäschetrockner. Sie wohnen hier in attraktiver Lage, in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße in landschaftlich reizvoller Umgebung.
