From the living room there is access to a south-facing courtyard. The house has a 10 m2 private, enclosed and secluded tiled, covered yard for the long summer evenings. The cottage is close to the pedestrian zone, cafe life and cozy life. We are located right in the heart of the historic skipper town. Not for rent to youth groups.

Das ursprünglich im Jahre 1870 erbaute Haus wird laufend instand gehalten, wobei auf die Erhaltung des nostalgischen Charmes großen Wert gelegt wird. Das heutige Ferienhaus bietet zwei Wohnebenen und stellt vier Schlafplätze, verteilt auf zwei geräumige Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett, zur Verfügung. Das Haus hat einen offenen Küchen-/Wohnbereich für das Familienleben, inklusive Essecke. Zur Küchenausstattung gehören u.a. Cerankochfeld und Geschirrspüler. Gutes WLAN im Haus. Vom Wohnbereich aus haben Sie Zugang zu einer nach Süden ausgerichteten Terrassenfläche. Zudem verfügt das Ferienhaus über einen 10 m2 großen, gänzlich abgeschirmten und überdachten Innenhof, in dem man ganz privat und unter sich ist. Sie wohnen hier unweit der kleinen Fußgängerzone des Ortes und zugleich mitten im historischen Zentrum des hübschen, kleinen Hafenortes. Keine Vermietung an Jugendgruppen erwünscht!
En el medio del casco antiguo de Marstal se encuentra esta idílica casa de campo, construida en 1870, pero renovada continuamente con gran énfasis en preservar la atmósfera de la casa de campo. La cabaña tiene un estilo típico de casa unifamiliar en 2 niveles. Hay camas para cuatro en dos amplios dormitorios. La cocina está conectada al comedor y está equipada con i.a. vitrocerámica y frigorífico. En todas partes de la casa hay una conexión rápida a Internet. Desde el salón se accede a un patio orientado al sur. La casa tiene un patio cubierto de baldosas privado, cerrado y aislado de 10 m2 para las largas tardes de verano. La cabaña está cerca de la zona peatonal, la vida del café y la vida acogedora. Estamos ubicados en el corazón de la histórica ciudad del patrón. No se alquila a grupos de jóvenes.
Au milieu de la vieille ville de Marstal se trouve ce cottage idyllique, construit en 1870, mais continuellement rénové en mettant l'accent sur la préservation de l'atmosphère du cottage. Le gîte est de style maison de ville typique sur 2 niveaux. Il y a des lits pour quatre dans deux grandes chambres. La cuisine est reliée à la salle à manger et est équipée d'i.a. plaques vitrocéramiques et réfrigérateur. Partout dans le chalet il y a une connexion internet rapide. Depuis le salon, il y a un accès à une cour orientée au sud. La maison dispose d'une cour carrelée privée, fermée et isolée de 10 m2 pour les longues soirées d'été. Le chalet est proche de la zone piétonne, de la vie de café et de la vie confortable. Nous sommes situés en plein cœur de la ville historique des skippers. Pas à louer à des groupes de jeunes.

Il casolare è in tipico stile townhouse su 2 livelli. Ci sono posti letto per quattro in due ampie camere da letto. La cucina è collegata alla sala da pranzo ed è dotata di i.a. piastre in vetroceramica e frigorifero. Ovunque nel cottage c'è una connessione internet veloce. Dal soggiorno si accede ad un cortile esposto a sud. La casa dispone di un cortile piastrellato privato, recintato e appartato di 10 m2 per le lunghe serate estive. Il cottage è vicino alla zona pedonale, alla vita da caffè e alla vita intima. Siamo situati proprio nel cuore della storica città degli skipper. Non in affitto a gruppi di giovani.

W środku starego miasta Marstal znajduje się ta sielankowa chata, wybudowana w 1870 roku, ale stale odnawiana z dużym naciskiem na zachowanie atmosfery chaty. Domek jest w typowym stylu kamienicy na 2 poziomach. W dwóch dużych sypialniach znajdują się czteroosobowe łóżka. Kuchnia połączona z jadalnią wyposażona jest m.in. płyty ceramiczne i lodówka. Wszędzie w domku jest szybkie łącze internetowe. Z salonu jest wyjście na dziedziniec od strony południowej. Dom posiada prywatne, ogrodzone i zaciszne, wyłożone kafelkami, zadaszone podwórko o powierzchni 10 m2 na długie letnie wieczory. Domek jest blisko deptaka, życia kawiarnianego i przytulnego życia.
