Das 2020 ansprechend renovierte Haus hat einen idyllischen Außenbereich, ein Eldorado für Kinder und den Vierbeiner der Familie. Durch den Wald führen zahlreiche Wanderpfade und Moubtainbikestrecken, die zum Aktivsein an der frischen Luft einladen. Das Ferienhaus bietet zwei Aufenthaltsbereiche, einer davon in offener Verbindung zur gut ausgestatteten Küche und der Essecke. Für kühlere Abende steht hier ein Pelletofen bereit, der gut einheizt, wobei man ausschließlich die dafür vorgesehenen Pellets und kein Holz nutzen darf! Der zweite Wohnbereich befindet sich in einem attraktiven Erker mit großen Terrassentüren, luftigem Ambiente und herrlichem Ausblick ins Grüne. Das Haus ist mit klimafreundlicher Wärmepumpe, freiem WLAN und TV in beiden Wohnbereichen ausgestattet. Neben dem Badezimmer mit Dusche gibt es im Haus auch zwei Schlafzimmer, eines mit Doppelbett, das zweite mit doppelter Schlafcouch. Nebenan im kleineren Annex stehen zwei weitere Schlafplätze sowie ein Schreibtisch und ein kleiner Holzofen bereit, für den Sie ggf. selbst Kaminholz besorgen oder mitbringen müssen. Auf dem Grundstück befinden sich zwei Feuerstellen für gemütliche Lagerfeuer. Es gibt zudem einen großen, eingezäunten Außenbereich, in dem sich der Vierbeiner der Familie oder Kleinkinder frei und sicher bewegen können. Die Lage im Wald bietet eine herrliche Umgebung für einen erholsamen Familienurlaub, in dem man es sich auch draußen an der frischen Luft gemütlich machen kann.
