Modernized cottage in the middle of Arrild Ferieby within walking distance to the resort's many facilities and only about 300 meters from Arrild Fiskesø. The cottage was completely renovated in 2008 and furnished with tiled entrance hall with underfloor heating, two bedrooms, bathroom with underfloor heating and shower and bright and open kitchen environment with i.a. dishwasher. In addition, there is a dining and living room with wood burning stove and access to the south-facing and east-facing terrace. An energy-saving air / air heat pump is installed. Das Ferienhaus wurde zuletzt 2008 komplett renoviert und bietet einen praktischen, gefliesten Eingangsbereich mit Fußbodenheizung, zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils zwei Schlafplätzen in Betten, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC und angenehmer Fußbodenheizung sowie einen hellen, offenen Küchen-/Wohnbereich für das Familienleben, u.a. ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, klimafreundlicher Wärmepumpe und Holzofen. Von hier aus hat man Zugang zur nach Südosten ausgerichteten Terrrasse. Im Außenbereich findet man zudem den separaten Annex mit zwei weiteren Schlafplätzen. Keine Vermietung an Jugendgruppen erwünscht! Casa de campo modernizada en el centro de Arrild Ferieby, a poca distancia a pie de las numerosas instalaciones del complejo y a solo unos 300 metros de Arrild Fiskesø. La cabaña fue completamente renovada en 2008 y amueblada con hall de entrada de azulejos con calefacción por suelo radiante, dos dormitorios, baño con calefacción por suelo radiante y ducha y ambiente luminoso y de cocina abierta con i.a. lavaplatos. Además, hay un comedor y sala de estar con estufa de leña y acceso a la terraza orientada al sur y al este. Se instala una bomba de calor aire / aire que ahorra energía. Hay un anexo con dos camas más. No se alquila a grupos de jóvenes. Chata została gruntownie wyremontowana w 2008 roku i wyposażona w wyłożony płytkami hol wejściowy z ogrzewaniem podłogowym, dwie sypialnie, łazienkę z ogrzewaniem podłogowym i prysznicem oraz jasną i otwartą kuchnię z m.in. zmywarka. Ponadto istnieje jadalnia i salon z piecem opalanym drewnem oraz wyjściem na taras od strony południowej i wschodniej. Zainstalowana jest energooszczędna pompa ciepła powietrze/powietrze. Jest aneks z dwoma dodatkowymi łóżkami. Nie do wynajęcia dla grup młodzieżowych.
