In addition, back hallway with washer and dryer and freezer in the basement. The house is heated with cheap and environmentally friendly geothermal heat. In the large garden there is the possibility of e.g. ball games and games in playhouse and sandbox. In an adjoining building there is a hall with i.a. table tennis and badminton. The house is part of a larger property and in an adjoining building there is a barn with heifers, to which, however, there is no physical access. Es stehen ganze acht Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 20 Schlafplätzen in Betten zur Verügung, darunter ein Familienzimmer für bis zu sechs Personen. Außerdem drei 3 Badezimmer mit Dusche und eine Gästetoilette im Haus. Praktischer Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner sowie Gefrierschrank im Keller. Das Haus wird mittels nebenkostensparender und umweltfreundlicher Erdwärme beheizt. Draußen auf dem großen Rasengrundstück gibt es Platz für Spiel, Sprot und Spaß an der frischen Luft. Qui c'è spazio per diverse generazioni o per incontri con gli amici. La casa contiene un'ampia e luminosa cucina/soggiorno con stufa a legna e vista sul bosco di faggi e accesso ad una terrazza coperta con barbecue. Ampio soggiorno con stufa a legna al piano terra e soggiorno con balcone al 1° piano. Ci sono otto camere da letto con un totale di 20 posti letto, di cui 1 camera familiare per 6 persone e 3 bagni con doccia e 1 bagno per gli ospiti. Inoltre, disimpegno sul retro con lavatrice e asciugatrice e congelatore al piano interrato. La casa è riscaldata con calore geotermico economico ed ecologico.
