There are two bathrooms, one of which has a large whirlpool with room for 5 people and a beautiful sauna with a large view window overlooking the water. There is a washing machine. The house can accommodate 12 guests with four bedrooms divided into three with double beds and one with double bed as well as a bunk bed. There is additional space for two people on the large loft of the house. There is a high chair and cot for the little holiday guests. From the living room there is direct access to the large, covered / open terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. The house is located only 145 m from the coast, which is perfect for i.a. windsurfing and kayaking along the beautiful coastline. In the town you will find Falsled Kro, which is one of Denmark's absolute best restaurants and a small harbor, where there is at times the opportunity to buy freshly caught fish. Für die Saison 2021 neu erbautes Ferienhaus bei Falsled, mit Whirlpool und Sauna in einem der beiden Bäder für die Erholung. Liegt auf einem 1.200 m2 großen Naturgrundstück mit Panoramaausblick zum nahen Meer. Vom Grundstück führt ein kleiner, privater Weg direkt hinunter zum Wasser. Sowohl vom Haus als auch von der Terrasse aus kann man die schöne Aussicht zur nahen Küste genießen! Der gut ausgestattete, offene Küchenbereich ist u.a. mit Geschirrspüler, Cerandfeld und Mikrowelle ausgestattet. Im Anschluss liegt der Wohn-/Essbereich mit gutem Mobiliar in typisch dänischer Qualität und einem großen Fernseher mit Chromecast, sodass Sie Ihre eigenen TV-Dienste streamen können. Dafür steht WLAN per Glasfaser zur Verfügung. Es gibt zwei Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC und angenehmer Fußbodenheizung, eines zudem mit einem großen Whirlpool für bis zu fünf Personen und einer schönen Sauna mit einem großen Fenster mit Blick zum Wasser. Dalla casa c'è un sentiero privato che scende verso l'acqua. Sia dalla casa che dalla terrazza si ha una bellissima vista sull'acqua e su tutta la costa. Il reparto cucina ben attrezzato ha i.a. lavastoviglie, piano cottura in vetroceramica e forno a microonde. C'è un grande soggiorno / sala da pranzo combinato arredato con mobili di qualità danese e una grande TV con Chromecast, così puoi trasmettere i tuoi servizi. C'è rete in fibra in casa. Ci sono due bagni, di cui uno dotato di un'ampia vasca idromassaggio con spazio per 5 persone e di una bellissima sauna con ampia vetrata vista acqua. C'è una lavatrice. La casa può ospitare 12 persone con quattro camere da letto suddivise in tre con letti matrimoniali ed una con letto matrimoniale oltre ad un letto a castello. C'è spazio aggiuntivo per due persone sul grande soppalco della casa. C'è un seggiolone e un lettino per i piccoli ospiti in vacanza. Dal soggiorno si accede direttamente all'ampio terrazzo coperto/aperto con mobili da giardino e barbecue. Zarówno z domu jak i tarasu rozpościera się piękny widok na wodę i całą linię brzegową. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia posiada m.in. zmywarka, płyta ceramiczna i mikrofalówka. Jest duży, połączony salon / jadalnia wyposażony w meble duńskiej jakości i duży telewizor z Chromecastem, dzięki czemu możesz streamować własne usługi. W domu jest sieć światłowodowa.
